金城机械有限公司物流一体化运作研究

【摘要】 随着世界经济一体化的形成、技术的进步和竞争的加剧,企业竞争的焦点正从质量和价格的竞争转向供应链整合能力的竞争,物流的竞争。有鉴于此,本文以通过物流一体化运作提高企业竞争力为目的,对企业实施物流一体化运作进行可行性研究和探讨。 本文结合金城机械有限公司主要就以下三个方面展开研究:一,系统分析了企业物流管理的各个环节、企业物流一体化运作理论。二,用“完成周期法”对金城机械有限公司的物流运作现状进行分析,找出制约企业物流一体化运作的“瓶颈”,根据企业物流一体化运作理论就金城机械有限公司的物流流程重组、组织结构整合、信息共享等提出合理化建议。三,构建与金城机械有限公司发展战略相匹配的物流一体化方案,消除物料在各个环节的流动障碍,加快物料流动速度、减少库存量,减低成本,提高服务水平,从而提高企业的竞争力。

【Abstract】 With the economy globalization, technology improvement and fierce competition, the focus of competitions among businesses are changing from quality and price to the ability of integration of supply chain and logistics. In light of it, this paper studies and discusses the feasibility that enterprise should integrate its logistics process to enhance its competitive ability.Connected with the example of Jincheng, develop the studies from three aspects. First, the details and the integration theory of the enterprise logistics management are given. Second, analyse the current situation of Jincheng logistics operation with the method of fufillment cycle and make out the obstacles that block the integration, then give feasible suggestions to Jincheng about logistics process restructuring, organization integrating and information sharing. Third, establish the program that fit for Jincheng, which would eliminate the obstacles, speed up material flow, reduce the inventory ,decrease the cost, improve the service quality and enhance the competitive capability accordingly.
