板料成形数值模拟及回弹研究

【摘要】 随着国家大力推广制造业信息化,数值模拟技术已经越来越广地应用到社会的各个行业,并已经为社会创造了巨大的经济效益。相信在今后它会更加广泛地得到应用。 本文首先介绍了数值模拟技术及回弹发展历史,回顾了国内外学者在这方面的研究,随后介绍一些有关数值模拟的理论基础。人工网络冲压回弹预测是本文的重点,论述了基于三次样条的回弹的研究,应用了BP网络,来修正由三次样条算得的回弹曲线,结果比较理想。最后,应用软件DYNAFORM模拟了实际问题,进一步验证了由三次样条曲线算得回弹曲线。仿真结果表明基于三次样条来预测回弹曲线是可行的。

【Abstract】 Along with popularizing manufacturing communication strongly by the country, the technology of digital simulation has been more and more used to all kinds of trades in society, and created huge economic benefits. It would be used more abroad in the future.This article firstly introduced the development history of digital simulation technology and spring-back, retrospected the researches about this by scholars in-and out-country, and then related theoretical bedrocks on digital simulation. The forth chapter is the importance of this article, including the researches based of spring-back of cubic spline, and using BP network to amend the spring-back curve calculated by cubic spline. The result showed it ideal. Finally, using the software DYNAFORM simulated a practical problem, to further validate spring-back curve. The simulation result indicated that it is feasible to predict spring-back curve based of cubic spline.
