第三方物流市场分析及物流企业竞争策略研究——大田集团战略选择和实施

【摘要】 伴随着中国加入WTO及全球经济一体化,中国正成为世界制造业基地,市场对快速、安全、可靠的物流需求日渐旺盛;外资物流巨头被巨大的中国市场所吸引。国内物流行业面临巨大的市场机遇和挑战。本文根据企业战略、第三方物流和供应链管理等理论,运用SWOT分析和通用多因素业务组合等方法,分析了从事传统货代业务的物流公司——大田集团的战略地位和战略目标,提出了大田集团以国内快递为主导的差异化发展战略,设计了市场营销策略、系统建设策略、人力资源策略等达成目标的路径。

【Abstract】 With WTO entry and economic globalization , China becomes the manufacturing base of the world.The Market needs more quickly . safety and stability logistic services.Foreign logistic companies are attarcted by the market of China. Domestic logistic companies are facing the chances and challenges.According to the theories such as Enterprise Strategy. Third-Party Logistics ., Supply Chain Mangement and etc. The author presents the strategic position and objective of the DTW, which was engaged in forwarder services, by means of SWOT & GE Model analysis. In addition, Diversification strategy of developing Domestic express is put forward . To achieve the goals, the important measures are suggested in the end, namely Marketing strategy,System establishment,and Human resource development.
