杀菌剂丙环唑的合成工艺研究

【摘要】 以1,2-戊二醇、2,4-二氯苯基甲基酮、1H-1,2,4-三氮唑等为主要原料,对丙环唑的合成方法进行了探讨。采用成环、卤化、缩合等步骤合成制备丙环唑,合成产物得到了红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振氢谱与气相色谱/质谱确认。产物纯度可达98%以上,总收率72.2%(以2,4-二氯苯基甲基酮计)。产品质量和工艺技术达到国内领先水平。同时,用气相色谱法进行了丙环唑含量分析方法的研究。

【Abstract】 The synthesis methods of propiconazol were studied with thestarting matherials 1,2-pentanediol , 1-(2,4-dichlorophenyl) ethanone , 1H-1, 2, 4-triazole etc. .The effects of reaction time and temperature of key step of the suitable synthetic way on the yield and quality of the product were comparedand discussed emphatically. The title conpounds styucture was confirmed by IR, UV, 1HNMR and GC-MS. 72.2% total yield and more than 98% purity of the product were obtained. The quality and preparing technology of this product are of the lead position in domestic level. In addition, studies on the approach to analyzing the content of propiconazole by means of gas chromatography was carried out.
