基于时间竞争的企业核心竞争力的构建

【摘要】 越来越多的企业意识到,时间与质量、成本一样正成为企业经营中的基本因素。在竞争日益激烈、消费者需求不断变化的今天,通过实施时基竞争形成基于时间竞争的核心竞争力,实现对市场和潜在市场的快速反应,成为企业获得持久竞争优势的主要战略途径。 本文在对时基竞争的形成和发展进行一定分析之后,明确了时基竞争的内涵、特点和功能,结合核心竞争力的相关理论,提出构建基于时间竞争的企业核心竞争力。在此基础上,以生产主导型企业为研究对象,较为系统的从新产品开发、产品生产制造、营销和物流战略等方面探讨了如何通过时基竞争形成核心竞争力,着重分析了产品从设计到到达消费者手中各个环节的时基竞争实施要素,以及组织结构方面的补充因素,从而为构建基于时间竞争的企业核心竞争力提出了一套较为完整的时基竞争战略。 期望本文的研究能够对学术界在时基竞争的理论研究方面有所推动,对时基竞争在企业界的运用提供一定的指导。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, more and more companies have come to realize that time is the most critical competitive yardstick of company performance beside quality and cost .It is more significant to respond to the market and potential market rapidly by carrying out time-based competition in a rapidly changing business environment.In this paper, the author first makes a general introduction of the time-based competition. Then based on the core competence theory, the construction of core competency focusing on time-based competition is advanced. Thirdly, the author discusses how to form core competency by means of time-based competition, centring on analyzing time factors throughout the whole product flows from research and design to delivering to the customers. Some organizational structure strategies are also referred to, which can be a useful supplement to the systematic strategy of time-based competition.Through this thesis, the author expects to push the academic research of time-based competition, and gives some useful advice to the business practitioners.
