面向公众的电子政务信息资源开发与应用研究——南京公安网站二次开发信息构建（IA）应用探索

【摘要】 随着电子政务发展的不断深入，电子政务信息资源开发成为电子政务发展过程中的新问题，其主要分为面向内部的电子政务信息资源开发和面向公众的电子政务信息资源开发。本文对面向公众的电子政务信息资源开发进行了全面阐述，并就政府网站内容资源的组织建设问题进行了深入地探索研究，通过对最新的IA(信息构建)基本理论及其网站IA规划理论的深入研究，我们对政府网站的特例——公安网站二次开发中的IA进行了实践探索。具体我们根据IA理论构建了网站的IA评估指标，并利用该指标对南京公安网站IA建设现状进行了考察与评估分析，在此基础上进行了IA的改善方案设计，最后使用最新的ASP.NET开发技术对IA改善方案进行了技术实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of Electronic Government (e-government), there arises a new research area--information resource exploring of e-government, which mainly consists of interior-oriented and public-oriented. This dissertation elaborates the public-oriented information resource exploring of e-government roundly, and research the orgnizing questions of government websites’ content resource deeply, through deeply research of the newest fundamental theories of IA (Information Architecture), and programming process of websites’ IA,we explore IA of Police websites’ redesign.Particularly we build an IA evaluation system of websites based on IA theories,and use it to research,evaluate and anlysize IA current situation of Nanjing Police Website,and on this base we design a improving IA plan. At last, ASP.NET, the newest technology is used to implemt it.更多还原
