项目制造型企业ERP实施的过程及方法研究

【摘要】 在我国企业的信息化建设过程中，通过实施ERP系统，能够从根本上提高企业的管理水平，优化现有的业务流程，加快企业对市场的应变能力，并取得竞争优势。本文从项目制造型企业入手，首先分析了项目制造和项目制造型企业的特点，在阐述ERP理论的基础上，总结了我国企业实施应用ERP系统的历程，从不同角度分析、探讨了存在的问题；接着以江苏省企业信息化示范工程—南京航天晨光股份有限公司ERP项目的实施为背景，对项目整体的实施过程进行了分析，结合其项目制造的特点，针对项目实施过程中遇到的各种问题，提出了相应的解决方案；论文重点对制造模块的实施进行了阐述，分析了所选ERP软件的功能和特点，针对企业实际存在的不足提出了可行的解决方案。最后对ERP项目实施的两种评价体系进行了对比分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through implementing the ERP system, the enterprise can improve its management level, optimize existing business process,and enhance the adaptation ability to the market. The thesis first analyses the characteristics of project manufacturing and project manufacturing enterprise, and summarizes the history of the ERP implementation in our country and discusses existing problems. Then based on the ERP implementation project of Nanjing Chenguang Aerospace Applying Technique Company LTD in Jiangsu Province, the thesis analyses the whole implementation process and provides relevant solutions to existing problems, then discusses the implementation of manufacturing module, and analyses the characteristics of the chosen ERP software, brings forward the solution of enterprise’s actual problems. Finally, the thesis makes comparison of two kinds of evaluation system of ERP implementationproject.更多还原
