AW烟厂工艺设备技术改造项目管理研究

【摘要】 随着我国加入WTO和经济的不断发展,企业为了生存和发展,将不得不进行技术改造,实现以内涵为主的扩大再生产,达到优化品种、提高产品质量、扩大生产能力、降低生产成本、提高经济效益。 科学的项目管理,保证了技术改造能够按时、按质、按量完成预期目的,它不仅能够有力地推动企业技术进步,而且能够培养大量的人才,是企业保持长期竞争优势、实现稳步健康发展、不断发掘更大价值的巨大推动力量。 本论文以AW烟厂工艺设备技术改造为研究对象,探讨在该项目的寿命周期中如何运用现代项目管理的具体方法和工具,实现该项目全过程的有效管理与控制。 论文中应用了项目寿命周期理论,对技术改造项目的寿命周期进行分析;应用项目可行性研究方法对技术改造项目的启动阶段进行分析;应用工作分解结构(WBS)等技术对该项目规划与设计阶段进行分析;采用网络分析和里程碑事件等方法进行项目工期的优化和项目进度的管理;应用实验设计对项目质量进行管理。

【Abstract】 With China’ s entry into the WTO and developing economy, an enterprise must reform itself technically if it wants to get a firm foothold and constant development. The reform can be implemented through the fallowing Ways-realizing, amplification of products mainly in the internal aspect, acquiring the optimization of products, improving products’ quality, enlarging production, reducing cost, and increasing profits.Scientific project management can guarantee the accomplishment of technical reform timely, qualitatively and quantitatively. It can mot only give powerful push to the enterprise’ s technical development but also train a lot of elites for itself, which gives a great impetus in keeping long-term advantages in competition, getting steady and healthy development, digging out more potential value.This paper supposing the technical reform of process equipments in AW Cigarette Factory as studying object discusses how to make use of the concrete methods to get effective management and control in the whole process.There is an analysis of technical project in 3 aspects in this paper-its life cycle, starting stage and planning period through using project life cycle theory, the feasibility studying method of project and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) method respectively. And also the paper mentions that how to manage the optimization and progress of project by analytical method of mile stone and network, and how to manage the project’ s quality through Designing of Experiment (DOE).
