设备管理信息系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着企业信息化建设的逐步深入,推进设备管理信息化日见重要。设备管理信息系统在现有的设备管理方法基础上,以计算机技术、网络技术为手段,辅助设备管理,实现企业设备管理科学化、规范化。 本文首先研究了设备管理信息系统的地位与业务内容,接着通过业务流程分析、数据流程分析等提出了设备管理系统的逻辑模型,在此基础上进行了系统设计,详细介绍了系统的功能模块设计、信息编码设计、数据库设计、安全性设计,然后根据系统分析与设计的结构,开发了设备管理信息系统原型。本系统主要由:系统管理模块、基础信息管理模块、采购管理模块、设备台帐管理模块、设备维修管理模块、设备故障管理模块、备品备件管理模块几部分组成。文中对系统原型进行了测试,试验效果良好。文章结尾对课题研究及论文内容作出了总结,提出了系统今后需要继续改进与完善的地方。

【Abstract】 With the developing of enterprise informationalization, promoting plant management informationalization is increasing important. Based on the current method of plant management, by means of computer and network technology, plant management information system (PMIS) will help to manage plant and make plant management scientific and normative.Firstly, this paper studies the position and operation of PMIS. Secondly, by the transaction flow analysis, data flow analysis, and so on, a logic model of PMIS is put forward. Thirdly, based on this, it works out the system design, which contains function module design, information coding design, database design, and security design. Fourthly, profiting from all of above, a prototype of PMIS is studied and developed, which including system management module, basic information management module, stocking management module, unit of account of plant management module, plant maintenance management module, plant fault management module and spare parts management module. Fifthly, an experiment of the prototype has been carried out which received good effects. Finally it summarizes the research and the whole paper, and puts forward several points needed to improve.
