纳米RDX的制备与性能研究

【摘要】 火炸药的纳米化是改变其某些理化爆炸性能,以满足现代高新武器一些特殊用途的有效途径之一。在“国家自然科学基金—中国工程物理研究院联合基金(10276018)”的资助下,采用实验与理论分析相结合的方法对纳米黑所今(RDX)炸药粉体的制备技术进行了选择确定。 将自制的溶有工业黑索今的微乳液喷雾干燥,实验室制得了粒径分别为120nm、60nm、50nm的纳米RDX炸药粉体,实测了粒径为60nm的RDX炸药粉体的机械感度、热稳定性能以及红外光谱性能,并与原样工业RDX和120nm的RDX超细粉体进行了比较。 实验结果表明,与其它粒径的RDX相比,纳米RDX的撞击感度大幅度降低,摩擦感度大幅度升高,而热分解活化能升高。红外谱图也只是细微处的波谱有变化,而指纹峰更加明显,说明所制备的纳米粉体为RDX。

【Abstract】 The nanometer technology is one effective method to change some physical and chemical performances of powders and explosives. According to the combination of experiments and theories, the preparation method of nanometer RDX was studied and selected. The spraying evaporation method was made certain.The laboratory has prepared nanometer RDX powders the diameters of which were 120nm, 60nm and 50nm respectively. The mechanical sensitivities, the thermal performances and the IR spectrum of the 60nm RDX were tested and compared with the 120nm RDX powders and the industrial RDX.The results showed that the strike sensitivities of nanometer RDX reduced greatly, and the friction sensitivities and the activity energy of thermal decomposition rose. At the same time, the IR spectrum illuminated that the structures of nanometer RDX were compact and intact much more.
