基于模板匹配的产品外形高速检测技术研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的高速发展,工业生产对自动化要求越来越高,计算机视觉对工业生产、工业自动化起着极其重要作用。本文所研究的计算机视觉检测工业产品是基于模板匹配算法而设计的。用软件实现了对图像进行预处理和图像匹配,图像预处理包括中值滤波、二值化等,而图像匹配包括定位和判别。在图像判别方面提出一种适合该系统的快速处理的面积统计判别法,提出了基于高速可编程逻辑器件—FPGA的硬件设计方案。该硬件系统包括视频信号预处理、逻辑信号处理模块和视频信号的合成与显示等。

【Abstract】 With the development of modern technology, the lever of automatization in industrial produce is more and more high. The computer vision have a great impact on the industrial produce and industrial automatization. In this paper, the research of recongnition system in industrial produce is based on the arithmetic of template matching. The soft realization is achieved basically by image pretreatment and image matching. The image pretreatment include median filter, binarization. The image matching include image location and judgement. In the image matching, I put forward a fast and basica on aera statistical arithmetic which fit this system., and I put forward a set of project. This project is based on the fast programmable logic device, FPGA. This hardware system include video frequency pretreatment, logic signal processing, and video frequency compounding and vision.
