弹道修正弹舵机的结构设计和控制

【摘要】 现代战争的发展对武器“打得准”的要求越来越高,这不仅直接关系到能否取得战争的胜利,而且涉及到非战争目标的减少,弹道修正弹就是在上世纪80年代应运而生的一种低成本精确制导弹药。 本文在分析和总结国内外弹道修正弹发展现状和发展趋势的基础上,研究了对空目标的二维弹道修正总体技术方案,并根据二维弹道修正弹自主修正对控制系统的要求,提出一种新型的四轴联动电动舵机结构,建立了该舵机的动力学分析模型,并以100mm高炮弹药为背景,设计了该舵机的原理样机及其控制系统。 分析和仿真实验结果表明,该舵机具有负载小、响应快、体积小、动作可靠、输出力矩大的优点,只需采用一个电动机驱动四片舵翼,是一种适合于旋转弹二维修正的执行机构。

【Abstract】 In modern battlefield the requirement for the precision of weapon is harder and harder, as not only decides the victory of the war but also come down to decrease of non-battle object. The trajectory correction projectile is cheap precise guided ammunition conies forth in 1980’s.The integrated technology of the two-dimensional trajectory correction aiming at the air-object is studied on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the present situation and developing tendency of trajectory correction projectile of China and abroad. A new structure of electromechanical actuator is offered and its kinetic model is made according to the control principle of the two-dimensional trajectory correction projectile. A sample of the actuator and its control system are designed for 100mm ammunition.On the results of analyzing and simulating, this actuator has the advantages of low load, quick response, small volume, credible action and high output torque. It can drive four rudder faces by only one electromotor and is very suitable to rolling projectile.
