数字化装配建模技术研究

【摘要】 本文在研究国内外装配建模的基础上,利用UG软件平台和VC++语言作为建模工具,构建装配模型。主要包括以下工作: (1)着重研究了建模技术和自顶向下的设计方法,并将它们和装配模型有机的结合起来,建立基于特征的自顶向下建模系统。 (2)对系统各模块进行程序设计,使系统在UG的环境下,实现三维装配体和零件模型的生成及装配信息的提取。同时,利用开放式数据库接口,应用数据库技术实现装配信息的存储和管理。 (3)结合发动机部件曲柄连杆机构,对关系模型和层次模型进行研究,提出层次关系模型及其数据结构组织方式和信息组成,并引入装配特征描述零、部件间的约束关系。 (4)本文原型系统通过发动机部件活塞连杆装配体加以验证,表明了系统的可行性和有效性。

【Abstract】 On the base of studying the technologe of assembly modeling around the abroad, in thesis an assembly model is created depending on the software of UG and Visual C ++. The main work is stated as follow:(1) After researching the technology of modeling and the method of Top-down design, the thesis designs a feature-based modeling with Top-down design.(2) By designing the module of an assembly, the system will finish the creation of assembly and parts, and extract of assembly information. On the same time, the system will achieve the storage and management of assembly information depending on the technology of database.(3) Taking the assembly of engine as example, the thesis brings forward the hiberarchy and relation model, and the data structure of mixed model is organized. In the model Assembly feature is used to describe the constraint relations between assembly and parts.(4) The verification of assembly modeling system by taking example for piston and connecting rod indicates the feasibility and validity of the system.
