虚拟装配系统设计

【摘要】 装配设计是产品设计的一个重要环节,对产品的成本、质量和上市周期有重大影响。虚拟装配技术在设计阶段早期就全面的考虑产品的可装配性、装配时间和装配成本、装配顺序和路径等相关问题,从而缩短了产品的开发周期,提高企业的经济效益。本文在三维软件UG的基础之上,对虚拟装配的体系结构、实现方法和关键技术进行了深入的研究。主要的研究工作概括如下: (1) 分析了产品装配模型的信息内容,用虚拟装配模型来保存完整的产品装配信息,建立了一个较为合理的虚拟装配系统总体布局,并给出了各组成部分的相互关系。 (2) 建立了虚拟环境下物体基于运动自由度的三维空间受约束运动的实现方法 (3) 提出了一种较为实用的面向拆卸的装配顺序规划算法,极大地减少了算法的时间复杂度,并给出了C语言的部分源代码。在此基础上,可以根据实际工程的需要,增加约束条件获得更为优化实用的算法。 (4) 对UG软件的二次开发过程进行了深入的研究,详细给出了UG软件的一些开发技巧。这样为该系统以后的完善提供了一些基础。 (5) 建立了装配工艺系统的初步结构。

【Abstract】 Assembly design is an important stage in product design process , and it exerts signigicant influences on product’ s cost,quality and time_to_market . In the early of design .virtual assembly techniques will concern the problem about assembly and assembly cost and so on. Thus .virtual assembly can shorten the time and cost of design .Based on the UG software ,this paper makes a deep research in virtual assembly’ s architecture .realization and key techniques .Main work of the research was as follow:(1) Establish a reasonable structure of virtual assembly system and clarify the interrelation of each component by means of analyzing the information content of product assembly model which holds the whole product assembly information.(2) Establish the implement method of a part’ s 3D constrained movement based on movement freedom in virtual environment.(3) Proposed a new algorithm of assembly sequences planning which has reduced the complexity and has solved the problem of large_scale assembly sequences generation .In addition , the code written in c language was given . Base on this ,you can get a more practical algorithm by adding several constraint condition in according to your request .(4) Present some development skills after studying hard on further development on UG software in_depth .(5) Establish a basic structure of virtual assembly process system.,
