M730铁路客车塞拉门产品参数化设计系统的研制

【摘要】 参数化设计是计算机辅助设计领域内一个重要的研究内容,其技术发展到今天已走向成熟并在当前主流的三维机械CAD软件中得到了充分的应用。但是,由于这些CAD软件面向的是大众,是通用性的软件,而不是面向具体产品的,因此这种应用只是参数化设计技术的底层应用。而在这些参数化CAD平台上实现具体产品的参数化设计,是人们研究参数化技术的最终目标,也是参数化设计技术的最顶层的应用。本论文研究的内容就是如何在三维机械CAD软件平台上进行具体产品的参数化设计的问题。 具体来说,就是在充分研究了参数化设计的基本方法和主流CAD软件的参数化功能的基础上,提出了基于SolidWorks软件平台的产品的三维建模与编程相结合的产品参数化复合设计方法,在产品结构尺寸的分析上独创性地提出了约束分析方法,在建模中创新性地应用了自上而下建模为主、自下而上建模为辅的建模手段,通过应用SolidWorks的API函数及VBA编制了相应的控制程序,完成了铁路客车塞拉门产品的三维参数化CAD系统的开发,并在企业实际应用,取得了良好的应用效果。

【Abstract】 Parametric design is an important aspect of Computer Aided Design field,and its technology has developed completely nowadays. It has a wide usage in popular 3D CAD software. However, because of its generality not facing material product, this is only an application at the bottom of parametric design. Parametric design of material product in CAD is not only the final goal, but also an application at the top of its technology. This is just the content of this paper.Firstly, on the basis of fundemental method of parametric design and parametric function in popular CAD system, the parametric compound method is put forward in this paper, which combines 3D modeling with programming in SolidWorks platforms.Secondly, the modeling means using mainly top-down modeling and subsidiarily down-top modeling is applied creatively, and controlling codes are programmed through applying API and VBA in SolidWorks.Finally, 3D parametric CAD system is developed for Sliding-plug door of railway vehicles, and it has got an effective application in enterprises.
