五矿国际货运日照有限责任公司质量管理体系研究

【摘要】 国际货运代理是指接受货主委托，办理有关货物报关、交接、仓储、调拨、检验、包装、转运、租船和定舱等业务的人。改革开放20年来，我国的国际货运代理业有了很大的发展，但也存在着利用不正当手段抢客户，抢货源，任意提、压价等严重扰乱货代市场经营秩序的问题。国家在大力发展服务业的同时，也提出了要在服务业提高服务质量的要求。规范国际货运代理市场，提高代理服务质量是货运业发展的必然趋势。 本文通过对五矿国际货运日照有限责任公司的管理现状的分析，找出了该公司存在的主要问题，探讨了解决问题的初步方法，其中建立质量管理体系就是一个行之有效而且非常必要的手段。通过对该公司所从事的业务性质以及对ISO9000族标准质量管理体系的分析和研究，找到了将ISO9000族标准质量管理体系引入到该公司中来的方法，即建立适合五矿国际货运日照有限责任公司使用的质量管理体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The international shipping and forwarding company is consigned by clients, dealing with the works of. customs declaration.inspection declaration,handing over and taking over,storage,packing,broking. After 20 years reforming and opening ,there is a great improvement on this line in China, but we have a more and more important problem to disturb this market by malfeasance competition,such as bribe,unreasonable low price, and so on.Today the government propose to advance the quality of service to a hige place , develop the service line and build a legal system.So how to improve the service quality becomes more and more important.This text is to analyze the management of minmetals shipping and forwarding company limited rizhao branch , to find out the problem of its management , and study the problem-solving first step method,establishing the quality management system is the validity of a line and necessary means.Through explicating the business nature of this company and further analyzing ISO9000 courses standard quality system to be used into its management.It is namely to establish a set of the quality managing system being used by this company.更多还原
