某高炮随动系统故障检测研究

【摘要】 故障诊断自从70年代以来,不断地发展。80年代以后,在工业生产中得到了广泛的应用,发挥着越来越重要的作用,使设备维修从被动型转为主动型,从完全靠人的经验主观判断到以客观的数据为依据。 故障诊断就是要确定哪些参数能代表故障的特征,并且把它从其它无用的信息中分解出来,进行分析、判断故障的性质、部位、原因和程度。 本文对高炮随动系统故障字典法诊断中测试节点选择问题进行了分析研究。在故障模糊集划分的基础上,根据故障信息量,建立了实时故障树的节点优选方法。并对故障分离和故障字典的编制进行了一些探讨,提出了用故障编码进行故障分离和编制故障字典的方法。 某高炮随动系统检测仪是三级维修专用检测设备,其用途是对随动系统主要部件进行快速自动检测和故障定位,以故障编码的形式显示,并通过语音报出故障所在的位置。 本文理论与实践相结合,用科学的方法进行故障诊断。有继承也有创新,有一定的学术价值。我相信,该装置的应用前景将十分广阔。

【Abstract】 From 1970’ s the technique on analog circuit fault diagnosis has been developed very much. It’ s used widely and plays a more and more important role. It makes equipment maintain change from being passive to active, being diagnosis by object data rather than by subject experience.Fault diagnosis aims at identifying the characteristics representing fault, dividing it from useless information and telling the nature, place, reason, degree.The paper analyzes the problem of selecting test nodes in antiaircraft gun servo system diagnosis using fault dictionary. Based on carving up the fuzzy sets, according to quantity of fault information, a node selecting method for real-time fault diagnosis tree is established. And the paper discusses the fault separation and the arrangement of fault dictionary in antiaircraft gun servo system fault diagnosis and presents the method for fault separation and arrangement of fault dictionary by use of fault code.The detection instrument of an antiaircraft gun servo system is a special tertiary maintain and detection instrument used in rapidly auto-detecting and fault orientation to main assembly of antiaircraft gun servo system. The detection instrument can display the result with fault code and tell the fault position by pronunciation.The paper is made up of not only theories but also practice. It gives a scientific way for fault diagnosis. It brings forth new ideas on the basis of inheritance. It is of value in the sphere of learning. I believe that the detection instrument has a good future.
