变速器生产线SPC知识管理系统生成研究

【摘要】 本文在简述统计过程控制(SPC)理论及其应用后,充分借鉴国内外企业生产现场管理的经验,结合南京菲亚特自动车有限公司变速器厂生产过程的特点,开发了变速器SPC知识管理系统。 论文利用软件工程的设计思想,以优化南亚变速器生产线质量过程控制为出发点,先后完成了系统方案设计、信息流设计、知识模型的建立等工作。在此基础上,进行了关键工序点的知识获取、特征统计过程的算法建模以及环境影响因素控制知识的生成研究,继而依照知识工程的设计思路,通过知识的提取、知识的规则生成乃至知识库逻辑模型、物理模型的构建完成了SPC知识库的生成过程。为保证知识库运行的稳定性和系统设计的完备性,本文还进行了知识库维护方法和知识获取效率的研究,并完成了基于知识库的模糊识别与故障推理设计。最后,给出了完整的系统运行过程实例。 本文所形成的变速器生产线SPC知识管理系统软件界面友好、结构合理、分析过程详尽、运行结论正确。实例测评结果表明,系统符合设计意图,适用于企业的生产组织。

【Abstract】 Firstly, the Statistical Process Control (SPC) theory and its application methods were introduced briefly, and the characteristic of production line was considered in the transmission plant of Nanjing Fiat Automobile Corporation, then, a SPC knowledge management system was developed in this dissertationThe content of the paper is permeated the theory of the software engineering. The start pointing of the paper is to optimize the quality process control of the product line in the transmission plant, system scheme, information flow and the knowledge model were accomplished successfully. Base on all of these, the knowledge obtaining to control point, the algorithm modeling of characteristic statistical process, and the research of control knowledge of environment influence were all in progress, then, according to the design methods, the SPC knowledge base was built by knowledge selected and abstracted. In order to assuring the stabilization of which the knowledge base is running, the research of knowledge base maintenance and the efficiency of knowledge obtaining are done, as well as, the fuzzy identify and fault reasoning design based on knowledge base were accomplished. In the end, a whole run procedure of the SPC knowledge management system was demonstrated.For the SPC knowledge management system software of the transmission plant, its interfaces are friendly, the design method is scientific, the analysis processing is detailed, and the conclusion is right. By an example, the SPC knowledge system achieves all original design requirement, and it can be adopt to the production of the corporation.
