芜湖卷烟厂零距离生产过程控制的研究

【摘要】 本文通过对芜湖卷烟厂生产过程的研究，提出了零距离生产过程控制的概念，并通过对卷烟零距离生产过程的组织、卷烟零距离生产计划的安排、卷烟零距离工艺的研究、卷烟零距离质量的控制、卷烟零距离现场管理几方面的研究，系统地阐述了零距离生产过程控制在芜湖卷烟厂的具体运用，特别是结合企业实际，运用正交试验方法，优化了“都宝”牌混合型卷烟的配方，帮助企业解决了生产过程控制中的一些“瓶颈”，使得企业在生产过程中降低了消耗，节约了成本，提高了劳动生产力，为企业创造了效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through the study on production process of Wuhu Cigarette Factory, this paper puts forward the concept of zero distance production process. Through the studies on several aspects of zero distance production of cigarette such as the organization of process, the arrangement of plan, the study of technology, the control of quality and the local management, this paper expatiates systematically the concrete application of zero distance production process control in Wuhu Cigarette Factory. Especially it combined the factory’s fact, used the orthogonal test to improve the blend of blended-type cigarette "Derby". It helped the factory solve some bottlenecks of production process control. It also made the factory lower consumption in process of production, economized the cost, raised the labour productive forces, and created benefit for enterprise.更多还原
