面向企业应用的Solidworks软件二次开发

【摘要】 国外商品化的CAD系统是面向国际标准并提供了通用的设计平台，但其不可能全面满足生产各色各类产品的不同企业的具体需求。这样问题的客观存在，促使我国工程设计人员、高校研究人员纷纷对国外商品化的CAD系统进行标准化和本土化的二次开发。CAD“二次开发”是指由熟悉产品设计和掌握计算机应用技术的人员共同开发出的针对企业特殊功能要求的CAD应用软件。 本文根据南京机电新技术有限公司产品设计体系和公司实施信息化工程产品数据管理(PDM)的实际需求，在深入分析SolidWorks二次开发关键技术的基础上，对公司产品设计平台SolidWorks进行了部分功能增值和集成化二次开发，增加了SolidWorks KN ToolBox国标标准件库、尺寸公差动态查询和标注、国标和超级符号库插入、产品图样编码、基于SolidWorks产品设计的DBOM定制等模块，并实现所增模块与SolidWorks的无缝集成，解决了康尼公司产品设计体系中亟待解决的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pre-development of CAD means the designers familiar with production and the technicians skilled in computer application develop CAD application software aiming at enterprise’s special function requirement. In light of the design system of Nanjing Kangni New Technology of Mechantronic Co., Ltd and the factual requirement of PDM during the corporation implement information-engineering, this paper pre-develops SolidWorks partly , adds some new function modules to it on the base of thorough analysis of the key technology of SolidWorks pre-development.Firstly, the new function modules including SolidWorks KN_ToolBox, the automatic query and label of size and tolerance, the insert of national and super sign are added, to make it true that SolidWorks’s function is extended.Secondly, this paper adds the function modules of coding the production drawing, customizing the DBOM of products based on SolidWorks.Finally, the added function modules are integrated with SolidWorks seamlessly, and resolve the problems which desiderate in the product design system of Nanjing Kangni New Technology of Mechantronic Co., Ltd.更多还原
