连杆模具造型的参数化设计及制造

【摘要】 连杆是汽车、拖拉机、摩托车中的一个重要零件。在我国汽车高速发展的当前,连杆模具加工的效率、质量影响到产品的竞争能力,连杆加工企业的发展。连杆形状相似、生产批量大,解决零件设计、加工中的一些问题,对提高其质量和效率具有现实意义。 毕业设计课题以三维造型软件Solidworks为平台,采用模块化、参数化设计思想,以Microsift Visual Basic语言为开发工具研究复杂零件参数化设计及计算机辅助自动化工艺问题,构建全参数化的连杆模型,建立VB与Mastercam的数据接口,在连杆模具加工中实现切削用量的计算机辅助自动生成。 课题软件调试已经通过并达到设计要求,能实现造型的参数化设计和切削用量的计算机辅助自动生成。软件运行可靠、界面友好、操作方便。是连杆设计、加工以Mastercam使用中一个很好的辅助工具。

【Abstract】 Piston rod is an important part of engineer within car, tractor and motorcycle. Under high speed development environment of our country cars, efficiency and quantity of processing affects the product’s competition ability and development of business enterprise. Piston rod has resemble form and mass production. so, solving the problem of part’s design and process has a realistic meaning to raise the capability of enterprise competition.Parameterized model of Piston rod has been formed based on Solidworks environment. theories of modularization and Parametric 3D model are adopted to design 3D model. With the support of the programming language of Visual Basic, parameterized design and computer aided automatic process of complex Parts has been studied. The interface between VB and Mastercam is established. Computer aided automatic build of cutting parameters has been realized in the process.The application shows that the method presented in this paper is effective in parametric design of piston rod model and computer aided automatic build of cutting parameters. The software has good reliability, friendly user interface and convenient operation, which has been the powerful tool for designer.
