工具型CAPP系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 众所周知,在现代机械制造业中,CAPP系统(Computer Aided Process Planning,计算机辅助工艺规划)具有重要的理论意义和广泛、迫切的实际需求。CAPP系统的使用,不仅可以帮助企业大大提高工艺设计的速度和质量,而且可以提高工艺设计的规范化和标准化的程度。它的研究对于改革我国工艺设计现状和提高制造企业的竞争力有着十分重要的作用。 本文在阐述了目前CAPP技术现状及趋势的基础上,分析了现有CAPP系统所存在的问题,结合企业对CAPP系统的基本要求,开发出了符合用户需求的工具型CAPP系统。笔者在论文中研究了本CAPP系统得以实现的几项关键技术,并从软件工程的角度对系统的开发过程进行了介绍。课题的重点是在CAPP系统的通用性和工具型方面进行实用的研究与开发。系统以交互式工艺设计为主要技术思想,为用户提供了多个工具子系统,研究了资源数据存储和管理模式,建立了开放式工艺资源数据库管理系统,实现了工艺资源数据的动态管理。

【Abstract】 That is known to us all, in the modern mechanical manufacturing, CAPP system (Computer Aided Process Planning) is of great important theoretic significance and is required pressingly and extensively. Making full use of CAPP system not only can help the factory to greatly improve the quality and speed of process design, but also improve the degree or standardization and normalization of process plan. Its application plays a very important role in enhancing the actuality of our country’s industry and strengthening the competitive power of most of enterprises.In the dissertation, on the basis of elaborating the current situation and tendency of CAPP technology, the problems that present CAPP system faced are analyzed .Combined with basic demands of CAPP system from the enterprise, a kind of tools CAPP system is proposed to satisfy our consumer. We analyzed the key technology of CAPP system, and introduced the way we developed this system from the software engineering. This thesis emphasizes on the research and development of the system’s great use and auxiliary function. Our system mainly uses relevant techniques of variant methods, and provides some tools subsystems for the consumer. And on the other hand, Storage and management model of resource data is researched and an open data base management system of process resource is building. Dynamic management of process resource data is achieved.
