轨道交通自动门的远程智能监控、诊断与维护系统研究

【摘要】 轨道交通的高速发展对轨道车辆及其成套装备的安全性、舒适性和使用维护的方便性提出了更高的要求。但是,作为轨道车辆重要组成部分的自动门系统的高故障率对车辆的安全运行构成了严重的威胁,亟待解决。 本文在分析了轨道交通的发展现状与存在的问题后,结合各种信息技术、人工智能技术等,提出了轨道交通自动门的远程智能监控、诊断与维护系统方案,旨在更加经济、快速、有效地解决自动门的故障诊断与维护问题。然后研制和开发了一个基于互联网及公用电话网(PSTN)的网络化、分布式、具有多媒体通信功能的平台,并在此平台上实现了该系统。本系统主要由:系统管理模块,远程监控子系统,设备维护、维修管理子系统和智能诊断子系统几个部分构成。在论文的后半部分,详细描述了系统的试验测试方案,展示了系统的实际运行情况、测试结果。试验及运行情况表明该系统达到了规定的技术要求。论文结尾也提出了系统今后需要继续改进与完善的地方。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of rail transit, there are higher requirements for safety, comfort and using convenience of railway vehicle and its kit equipments. The auto-door system is an important part of railway vehicle. But its high fault frequency has heavily destroyed the railway vehicle’s reliability. The problem is urgent and needs to be solved.After an analysis of the current development and problem of rail transit, the paper combines with various information technology, artificial intelligence, etc and puts forward the Remote Intelligent Monitoring, Diagnosis and Maintenance System of Rail Transit Auto-door (TRAD-RIMDMS), aiming at accomplishing the auto-door’s fault diagnosis & maintenance with lower cost, less time and better effect. Then a networked, distributed, multimedia communication platform is developed based on Internet and the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). TRAD-RIMDMS is constructed on this platform. The system consists of the system management module, the remote monitoring sub-system, the device repair & maintenance management sub-system and the intelligent diagnosis sub-system. In the next part of the paper the system test plan is described in detail. And then the paper displays the system’s running complexion and test results, which show that this system has fit in with the prescriptive technical requirement. At last the paper puts forward several points needed for improving and perfecting later.
