火炮自动机模拟试验装置总体设计与仿真

【摘要】 火炮自动机是自动火炮的核心部分,自动机能否高效稳定的工作是高速火炮能否可靠完成任务的关键因素。为了模拟火炮自动机的动态工作过程,本文设计了模拟试验装置。 该模拟试验装置主要由高压气体生成系统、压力控制系统组成。本文论证了利用火药燃烧规律以及利用高压气泵使压力放大的高压气体生成方案,分析了高速开关控制技术、电气伺服控制技术及电气比例控制技术的应用特点,选用PID控制策略。确定了压力控制系统设计方案。 设计了包含高压气泵、压力放大机构、过滤器等在内的高压气体生成系统以及由电气比例压力控制阀、PID控制器、压电传感器在内的压力控制系统。讨论了采样周期的选择、PID控制等几种常见控制策略,并对压力控制系统进行了仿真分析。

【Abstract】 Automatic mechanism of artillery is hard-core of automatic artillery, automatic mechanism w ork of more e fficiency and s tabilization i s t he p ivotal factor w hether h igh speed artillery can accomplish assignment reliably. For simulating the dynamic working process, the text designed a simulation tester.The simulation tester made up of high pressure making system and pressure control system. The text demonstrated the high pressure making project, using powder burning law and high speed pump. Analyzed the application characteristic of high speed switch control technology, electric servo-control technology and electric proportion control technology, selected PID control strategy. Confirmed the design project of pressure control system.Designed the high pressure making system with high pressure pump, pressure amplificatory machine and filter and so on, and pressure control system with electro-pneumatics proportional valve, PID control and piezoelectricity sensor. Discussed some control strategies such as sampling temporal select, PID control, and simulated pressure control system.
