热工远程监控的研究与软件开发

【摘要】 综合利用计算机技术、通信技术、网络技术和数据采集技术,对实现热工设备的远程监控技术进行深入研究,取得了如下研究成果: 1.根据远程监控系统的特点和需求分析,设计出远程监控系统的总体结构,并讨论了远程监控系统的实现技术; 2.恒温恒湿空调机组监控系统的开发:根据工程实际需要,采用PLC和多个数据采集卡混合组网的技术,实现了对空调机组的运行状况和36路房间温湿度的实时监控,开发了基于以太网的远程监控软件; 3.冰蓄冷空调远程监控系统的开发:根据现场设备由多个PLC控制的实际情况,建立了基于PLC网络的远程监控模型,开发了远程监控软件,该软件既能实现以PC为中心的现场实时监控,同时又具备利用Modem实现远程监控的功能。

【Abstract】 In this paper, remote monitoring technology of thermal equipment, by such advanced techniques as computer, communications, network and data collecting are studied and the following results are obtained:1. The general structure for remote monitoring systems is designed according to its characteristics and analysis of its requirement. And the technique of its actualization is discussed.2. Monitoring system of constant temperature and constant humidity air conditioning set is developed. According to the requirements of the project, PLC and several datum collection cards are used, the real-time monitoring of air conditioning unit and 36 rooms’ temperature or humidity is realized, and the software of remote monitoring based on Ethernet is develped.3. Remote monitoring system of ice thermal storage air conditioning set is developed. Field apparatus consists of several PLC set. The model of remote monitoring system based on PLC network is set up, and the remote monitoring software is developed. This software can be used not only to monitor on the spot, but also to accomplish remote monitoring through modem.
