PET纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料的制备和性能研究

【摘要】 对PET纤维填充聚丙烯复合材料进行了研究,首先对相容剂合成的条件进行探索,自行合成了相容剂马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MPP);考察了不同纤维含量和交联剂对纤维填充PP复合体系的力学性能(拉伸强度、冲击强度)的影响;通过毛细管流变仪、DSC和X射线衍射测定复合体系的流变性能和结晶性能,以及对微观冲击断口形貌进行了SEM观察,分析了复合体系的增强增韧机理。研究发现: 1、双螺杆挤出机的混合效果要好于双辊开炼机; 2、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯(MPP)是纤维填充聚丙烯较有效的相容剂; 3、PET纤维含量对复合体系力学性能的影响显著,当纤维含量30%左右时,体 系拉伸性能达极大值,冲击性能有所增加,但是变化不大; 4、添加交联剂对复合体系的拉伸和冲击性能都有提高; 5、纤维和交联剂的加入均使体系的粘度增大,流变性变差; 6、纤维的加入使PP基体的结晶速度增大,结晶度提高。

【Abstract】 The composite system filled by the PET fiber was studied. At first we researched the synthesizing condition of compatibilizer MAH grafted PP(MPP) and manufactured series of MPP. The mechanical properties of several composite systems which had different content of PET fiber were examined. The rheology property and crystal property of the composite systems were analyzed by capillary rheometer, DSC and XRD. In addition, we studied the morphology of impact fracture of the composites and the micro-phase action of composite systems were analyzed by SEM. The toughen principles of the composites were discussed. The results show that:1, The blending effect when by the double screws is better way than that by the hot-rolls;2, The tensile strength and impact strength of these systems with the compatibilizer are better than that without. So MPP is a kind of good surface treatment ngent;3, The mechanical properties (tensile strength, impact strength,etc) of the systems change with the increasing of of fiber content. When the content of Fiber is about 30% the tensile strength of the system maintain the highest level ,but the impact strength maintain a little improvement;4, The addition of little cross-linking coagent will increase the impact strength and the tensile strength;5, The addition of fiber and cross-linking coagent makes the viscosity of composites increase, and the melt flow properties decrease;6, The fibers make the crystallization rate of PP matrix of the composites increase, the crystallinity of PP matrix of the composites increase.
