数字水准仪硬件电路设计和实现

【摘要】 数字水准仪是一种集现代电子技术、计算机软硬件技术、材料技术、精密机械加工技术和图像处理技术等于一体的高科技产品。作为水准测量的仪器,数字水准仪具有测量速度快、读数客观、精度高、能减轻作业劳动强度、测量数据便于输入计算机和容易实现水准测量内外业一体化的优点。本文在对国外各种数字水准仪的读数原理和编码结构进行分析研究的基础上,形成开发数字水准仪硬件电路的设计方案。根据该设计方案,分别对数字水准仪硬件电路的主要部件进行了选型,主控芯片采用高性能的AVR单片机,前端采用CMOS图像传感器为标尺图像采集部件,人机界面采用液晶显示模块,在此基础上,完成了数字水准仪的硬件电路设计。 通过所设计的实验环境,对数字水准仪样机进行测试,得到整机在中短距离(<30m)高差测量达到0.2mm测量精度的结果,该测试结果表明样机电路设计思路正确,所设计的数字水准仪样机通过原理性验证,为数字水准仪进一步的开发打下良好的基础。

【Abstract】 Digital level is a high-tech product that integrates kinds of technologies, such as modern electronic technology, computer software and hardware technology, material and precision machining technology as well as image processing technology. As a leveling surveying instrument, digital level has many advantages in high surveying speed, objective result reading with high precision, easy interface with computer and uniform with in and outdoor operation. Based on the analysis of code structure and measuring principle of different digital levels in being, design of developing circuit is accomplished in which AVR MCU with high performance is the master chip, a CMOS image sensor is used to collect image of bar code ruler and LCD display module acts as the man-machine interface.Experimental results achieving 0.2mm metrical precisions within 30 meter on prototype of digital level indicate feasibility of the design scheme in hardware circuits and also verify the theory of digital level, and this provides a good base for further development of digital level.
