牵引车液力自动变速传动系统设计与分析

【摘要】 采用液力自动变速器是汽车新技术的一个标志,它有许多其他变速器不可替代的优点。本论文针对目前我国的液力自动变速牵引车尚没有国产系列车型的现状,进行了TN518型牵引车液力自动变速传动系统的设计,对实现自动变速牵引车国产化有重要意义。本设计主要包括液力变矩器与发动机的匹配设计、液力自动变速器的设计、牵引车的底盘布置几个部分。在牵引车上加装液力自动变速器后,提高牵引车的操纵稳定性、动力性、通过性、经济性和使用寿命等,从而使牵引车整体性能得到改善。 液力自动变速器提高了牵引车的作业性能和综合技术经济性。本文对车辆液力自动变速传动系统的研究与开发具有重要理论意义及实践依据。为自动变速器在各种车辆上的普及应用提供很好的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Automatic Transmission (AT) is a sign of the new automobile technology, and it has a lot of merits that other transmissions don’t have. This thesis expounds the design of the hydraulic automatic transmission system for TN518 tractors because there isn’t homemade serial tractor-model with AT in china at this time, It is significant that our country realize the domesticization of tractor with AT. The design consists of the matching of torque converter and engine, AT design, chassis assignment, etc. The AT will improve the tractor’s stability, power, overpass, economy and operating life, etc., consequently improves the whole performance of it.The AT improves the performance and synthetic techno-economy of tractor. This thesis has important theory meaning and practice basis to the research and development of hydraulic AT system for vehicles, and offer good reference for the popularization of AT in various vehicles.
