【摘要】 近年来，汽车工业已成为我国的支柱产业，汽车在日常生活和经济建设中起的作用也越来越突出，如何实现各类车辆的有效指挥、协调控制和管理已经成为交通运输和安全管理部门面临的一个重要问题。根据统计资料显示，西方发达国家由于公路堵塞而造成的直接和间接经济损失十分惊人。所以为了满足提高运输效率和安全保障的需要，各国都相继开展了对车辆导航定位系统的研究。改革开放后，随着我国交通运输事业的迅速发展，如何研究一套适合我国国情的导航定位跟踪系统，使之能满足交通运输和车辆管理的需要，这对我国的国民经济建设有重要的现实意义和经济价值。 车辆导航定位系统是在应用GIS(Geographic Information System，地理信息系统)技术构造的路网数字化地图的基础上，运用各种技术进行车辆定位，确定最优行驶路线，并进行定位跟踪。 本文阐述了车辆定位与导航系统的发展、车辆定位导航系统的系统结构、系统要求以及组件式GIS发展，论述了GPS在车辆导航中可采用的导航方式及车辆定位导航中的误差模型，研究了车辆定位导航中GPS系统的地图匹配算法，并针对电子地图数据处理过程中的存储方式进行了探讨，摸索出了可行的路网拓扑结构的建立算法，并在此基础上进行最优路径的求解。最后使用组件式GIS方法开发出GIS／GPS定位导航系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, auto industries have already become the pillar industry of our country, it is more and more outstanding that the automobile names function in the daily life and life.How realize all kinds of the effective conductors, coordinate and control and manage and become between communications and transportation and safe one a piece of important problemses who administrative department faces alread of vehicles, according to the statistical data , it is very surprising with the indirect economic losses that the western developed country is because the highway stops up and direct. So in order to satisfy and raise the need which transports efficiency and safety guarantee, the various countries have orientated systematic research to the thing that the vehicle navigates in succession. Behind the reform and opening up to the outside world and with the rapid development Of transportation, how to study a suitable Navigation and Location System for our country Which can satisfy the needs of internal transportation and vehicle management , there are important realistic meaning and economic worth to national economic construction of our country.On the basis of using GIS way ,vehicle navigation and location system incorporate all kinds of technology for locating vehicle position determination optimum road.This paper exemplify the development, construction and reqirment of vehicle navigation and location system and technology of Package type GIS, illustrating the error model of GPS while navigating and describing suitable navigation and location way. On the basis of Electronic map, I have studied suitable map matching algorithms and found a feasible algorithms of erecting Topological construction to attain optimum road, finally using the technology of Package type GIS,I succeed in developing a GIS/GPS location and navigation system.更多还原
