智能温室模糊控制系统的研究

【摘要】 本课题主要针对目前国内的一些温室控制系统自动化程度较低的现状,通过深入分析温室执行机构的相应动作对环境因子的影响,把模糊控制技术、计算机控制技术、PLC控制技术和通信技术应用于温室控制系统的设计研制,开发了智能温室模糊控制系统。 模糊控制作为智能控制领域的一个分支,是基于隶属函数和模糊合成法则等思想,并综合了人们的直觉经验,对于参数波动或检测信号不太精确的复杂非线性多变量系统能实现有效地控制。特别是对于参数波动和负载干扰的影响,具有较强的鲁棒性。 温室环境系统是一个复杂大系统,难以建立系统的数学模型,采用常规的控制方法难以获得满意的静、动态性能。而根据模糊控制的特点,它不需要建立被控对象的数学模型,适合于非线性、时变、滞后系统的控制,因此对温室环境采用模糊控制是非常合适的。本论文提出了一种基于控制规则的模糊控制设计方案,是应用计算机技术和模糊控制技术实现的一个快速,准确,性能较好的智能温室控制系统,用来完成育苗温室内部温度、湿度、二氧化碳浓度、光照度等室内参数的检测与控制。本次设计的测控系统硬件部分主要由上位PC和下位可编程序控制器构成,控制软件采用组态王,实现温室内部实时数据的采集,实时数据与历史数据的显示,实时曲线与历史曲线的绘制,实时地控制参数的修改,完成温室内的实时监测与控制。 本论文在吸收了我国传统温室和国外温室控制精华的基础之上,设计了一套通用性强、具有一定智能化、成本低、符合我国国情的温室智能控制系统,实现主要环境因子的综合控制,为作物提供最佳生长环境,缩短育苗周期,实现节能高效的工厂化育苗。

【Abstract】 This topic mainly aims at a control system willi lower automation situation which are used greenhouse, by deeply analyzing green house executing equipment cause the influence for environment factor. Applying fuzzy control, computer control technology, PLC control technology and communication technology to design and research the control system of greenhouse, and developing a intelligence fuzzy control system of greenhouse.As a embranchment in the control field, fuzzy control based on membership function and fuzzy composing principle, moreover, add the people’s intuition. Fuzzy control can effectively control the non-linear , complicated and multi- variable system whose parameter are fluctuant and signals aren’t accurate. Especially, fuzzy control has high robustness for the parameter’s fluctuation and the load’s disturbance.The system of the greenhouse condition is a big system, it’s difficult to set up a mathematic model. Using normal control method hardly get a satisfied dynamic and static performance. Considering the characteristic of the fuzzy control, it needn’t build the mathematic model of the controlled object, thus, it is possible to control the system that is non-linear, time variety and lag system. It is reasonable to adopt fuzzy control method to control greenhouse’s condition. This thesis provides a designing scheme of the fuzzy control, and use computer technology and fuzzy control to get a intelligence system that is fast, exact and good performance. This system can test and control temperature, wet, carbon dioxide thickness and illumination intension. This system composes of PC and PLC, controlling software is Kingvievv. The software can achieve data collection inside, real-time data and history data can be displayed, real-lime curve and history curve can be pictured, real-time modified the controlled parameter, by the follow up to achieve real-time monitor and control in the greenhouse.This thesis absorbs the pith of traditional greenhouse whatever domestic and overseas, in thisfoundation, I design a general, intelligence and lower cost system which accords with the situation of our country. This system mainly controls environment factor and provides a optimization condition for the crop, reducing grows seedlings the cycle and realizing energy conservation highly effective grows seedlings.
