沥青混凝土压实工艺的研究

【摘要】 随着我国公路运输业的不断发展,现代化汽车运输对路面的使用性能提出了更高的要求。在工程实践的过程中发现有些公路沥青路面不同程度地存在稳定度偏低与早期损坏现象。经分析,压实质量和压实工艺对于保证沥青路面的使用性能有决定性意义。由于我国目前没有碾压工艺指南,大部分工地又缺乏有效的工艺试验,存在碾压工艺不适当而造成碾压不足的现象。 本文提出了压实工艺与沥青混凝土压实特性相协调的观点,并从压实工艺和沥青压实特性两个方面对沥青层的压实工艺进行了较系统的研究。研究表明,相同级配的沥青混合料采用不同的振动成型参数,所获得的密实度是不同的。在最佳振动成型参数下,可以获得较马歇尔成型方式更大的密实度。随着密实度的提高,沥青混凝土某些力学性能也随之提高。试验还表明,不同级配沥青混合料的最佳振动压实工艺是不同的。为改善现有沥青混凝土路面面层的施工碾压工艺提供了基础。 在室内试验结果的基础上,通过调整现场施工碾压工艺,在能够满足马歇尔标准的施工工艺的基础上,通过调整碾压工艺可以提高沥青路面的压实度,进而也为针对不同的混合料类型选择合适的碾压工艺和提高压实质量提供了依据。

【Abstract】 With the development of road transport, modern automobiles demand higher use function. But in practice asphalt pavement of freeway occurs early damage in varying degrees. Through analysis the main reason is inadequate compaction of asphalt pavement which presents two aspect. One is compaction quality, the other is compaction technology and lacking of effective technology experiment in most workshop sections, exists improper compaction technology, which results in inadequate compaction.The article presents the view that compaction technology correspond with compaction characteristic of asphalt concrete, and it have been systematically studied. It is researched, when the same type bituminous concrete is compacted with different vibrator behaviors, their densities are different. With the first-rate property of vibratory compaction, the density of bituminous concrete is larger than Marshall’s. And some mechanical functions of asphalt mixer are improved as the densities rise. We know that varied grade of asphalt mixer has different the first-rate property of vibratory compaction, which provides the basis for improving compaction technology of asphalt pavement.On the basis of the experiment result, adjusting the property of vibratory compaction in construction site, which tests that the result coming from above-surface vibrating compactor is feasible. On the basis of meeting Marshall’s standard technology, the degree of compaction can be advanced through regulating compaction technology, which also provide scientific basis for selecting fit property of vibratory compaction and improving the quality of compaction.
