碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能的试验研究

【摘要】 碳纤维增强塑料(Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic,简称CFRP)加固混凝土结构,是近年来出现的一种新的加固方法,由于其具有很高的强度、耐腐蚀、施工便捷、几乎不改变结构原有尺寸等特点,得到广泛的应用,具有良好的经济效益。 在前人研究成果的基础上,本文对碳纤维命加固钢筋混凝土梁的锚固性能进行了研究,重点考虑了U形箍的位置、数量、幅宽及间距等因素对纵向纤维锚固性能的影响,提出了简单有效的附加锚固措施。 对碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯性能进行了试验,考察了混凝土强度、配筋率、纤维粘贴量等因素对极限承载力的影响,同时对碳纤维加固后梁的裂缝、变形进行了分析;验证了碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土构件正截面受弯承载力计算理论,修正了碳纤维受弯计算折减系数,提出了能用于实际工程设计的承载力计算方法。 此外,本文还利用ANSYS软件对碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土梁抗弯试验从加载到最后破坏进行了全过程仿真分析,并取得了较为理想的结果。

【Abstract】 Strengthening concrete structure with Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) is a newstructural repair method in recent years. Because of its high strength, resistance to electrochemical erosion, low manpower demand for application and minimal changes in geometricaldimensions of the member, the method has been found to be economical and efficient forapplication.Based on the previous work, we studied the anchoring capacity of reinforced concrete(RC)beams strengthened with the Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic, emphasized on the effects of position ,quantity and space etc of U-hoop of CFRP on the anchorage property of longitudinal CFRP, and gave simple efficiency anchorage measure to avoid the sudden debonding failure .In this paper, the bending capacity of reinforced concrete (RC)beams strengthened with the Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic, were tested .The influence factors of concrete strength, reinforcement ratio and the number of CFRP etc. Additionally, the stiffness and crack performance of the above tested are analyzed. Normal section flexural load-bearing capacity of reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened with the Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic is validated, and corrected the discount quotation of bending capacity of CFRP. Finally, the calculate method of load-bearing capacity can be applied in real engineering is introduced.In this paper, the experiment of reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened with the Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic is modeled with the software of ANSYS, and the outcome correlates well with experiment data.
