铁路集装箱结点站装卸机械选型与货场布局研究

【摘要】 为适应集装箱运输迅猛发展,实现铁路集装箱运输跨越式发展,铁道部拟在全国新建18个大型集装箱网络结点站。本文基于昆明铁路集装箱结点站建设,在分析集装箱运输市场现状及前景、预测近远期集装箱运量、确定集装箱运输组织方案和作业流程、计算设备配置数量及设计货场建设规模等方面进行了全面系统的研究,并提出了适合铁路集装箱结点站使用的主型装卸机械及配置型式,实现了铁路集装箱结点站箱区布局规划的计算机动态模拟,为发挥结点站运营效率、提高结点站运输能力、谋求结点站整体效益最优化提供科学实用的决策方法。主要研究内容如下: (1) 根据昆明铁路集装箱结点站的自然状况,调查研究了昆明枢纽集装箱运输现状,指出了目前存在的主要问题,并运用大量的统计和预测数据,论证了建设昆明铁路集装箱结点站的作用和意义。 (2) 在研究分析昆明铁路集装箱结点站运输市场现状及发展前景的基础上,根据昆明结点站集装箱吸引范围,预测了昆明结点站近远期集装箱的运量,为确定结点站建设规模打下基础。 (3) 采用集装箱运输客运化组织的方法,研究确定了昆明结点站集装箱运输组织方案,合理安排了近远期集装箱班列开行对数,设计校核了枢纽相关区间通过能力。 (4) 根据铁路集装箱装卸机械作业的使用特点,从实用性、经济性、技术性等多方面进行了综合研究和比较,确定了适合铁路集装箱结点站使用的以轨道门吊为主或以正面吊为主的两种主型装卸机械工艺流程及平面布置方式。 (5) 根据集装箱结点站的性质和功能,确定了合理的铁路集装箱结点站作业流程。同时依据预测的昆明结点站集装箱运量,设计计算了昆明站主要设备数量及箱区规模。 (6) 在分析铁路集装箱结点站作业流程的基础上,建立了集装箱结点站系统的数学模型,实现了结点站作业流程的计算机动态模拟,为分析、评价和检验集装箱结点站规划布局、均衡作业、系统优化提供了有效实用方法。

【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the swift and violent development of containerized traffic and realize railway containerized traffic crossing over type development, National Railway Ministry is drift building 18 large railway container terminals in the nationwide. Based on the construction of Kunming railway container terminal, the thesis proposes the choice of loading and unloading equipments and storage yard layout in railway container terminals. And the related methods and technologies are also discussed, such as containerized traffic marketplace present situation and the foreground, forecast of the containerized traffic, organization scheme and handling technology, the number of equipment and freight station scale. And then loading and unloading equipments suiting for the terminal and layout style are proposed. Storage yard layout is analyzed by using the computer dynamic simulation in order to improve the efficiency of the terminal operation, improve the capacity of terminal traffic and realize the optimization of whole terminal benefit. The thesis is organized as follows.(1) On the basis of the Kunming railway container terminal natural state, the present situation of Kunming containerized traffic was investigated. And the main problem was pointed out, the action and the sense of the building Kunming terminal is demonstrated by utilizing a lot of statistics and the calculations data.(2) The containerized traffic of Kunming terminal is forecasted by Kunming terminal attraction area, based on Kunming containerized traffic marketplace present situation and the foreground.(3) By the containerized traffic passenger transport organization means, the scheme of Kunming terminal containerized traffic is studied. The numbers of container train in the near future and at a specified futuredate are planed in reason. And the passable capacity of proofread hub relation area is also designed.(4) According to the characteristic of loading and unloading equipments, such as practicability, economical and technicality, the suitable types of loading and unloading equipments and layout types are recommended. It is reasonable to adopt two main types equipment suiting for the railway container terminal, one is rail container gantry crane as main type equipment, and the other is front handling mobile crane as main type equipment.(5) The railway container terminal reasonable operation procedures are determined according to the terminal character and function. And then, based on the forecast traffic capacity of Kunming terminal, the main equipment amount and storage yard size are designed.(6) The container terminal system model is established on basis of the analysis of the terminal operation procedures. At last, the computer dynamic simulation is introduced, and the availability and practicality method is offered for analysis, evaluate and inspection the layout, operation and system optimization of the container terminal.
