西方跨国企业基于中国市场的跨文化管理行为研究

【摘要】 跨文化是伴随着贸易和生产的国际化,特别是国际企业的产生和发展而成为日趋世界性的文化现象。不同文化背景的人具有不同的价值取向,不同的思维方式和不同的行为表现,这些人同在一个企业内共事,在同常的生产经营管理中按照各自的文化定式行事,必然产生了文化的交叉碰撞,从而导致了企业国际企业内部的文化磨擦,这是国际企业经营成败的重要原因之一。成功的国际企业往往是那些懂得如何将不同的民族特性和文化传统与先进的管理方法有机地融为一体,并将之应用于经营管理各方面的公司。因此,可以说,在今天同趋激烈的竞争环境中从事跨国经营活动,跨文化管理仍是企业所面临的最大挑战之一。 本论文首先对跨文化管理理论进行了介绍,包括文化的定义与特征、霍夫斯泰德的文化四层面以及文化与管理的关系;第3章通过东西方文化的特征比较,分析东西方管理文化差异及其成因;接下来是对跨国企业跨文化管理行为现状进行分析,涉及到跨国企业在中国的发展状况和跨国企业跨文化管理的特征、现状、问题及趋势;第5章针对不同的“文化差异”而引起的“文化冲突”,提出了不同的跨文化管理策略;最后是关于肯德基在中国市场跨文化管理行为的实例研究。

【Abstract】 Multi-culture accompanying with the globalization of the trade and manufacture, especially with the emergence and development of the international enterprises, has become a gradual cosmopolitan culture phenomenon .People with different cultural background have different value judgement different thoughts and different behavior. If these people cooperate in a same enterprises, in daily management of manufacture they may act according to their own cultural mode, that will inevitably cause cultural clashes, and thus lead to cultural friction in the international enterprise. A successful international enterprise can always combine the different national characteristic, the cultural tradition with the advanced management method organically, and can apply it to every aspect of the management. Therefore, engaging in multinational management in an increasingly fierce competitive environment, the management of multi-culture is still one of the biggest challenges that the enterprise faces.This paper firstly introduces the theory of multi-culture management ,which includes the definition and characteristic of culture, 4 aspects of Hofstede’s culture; then it analyzes the status quo of the multi-culture management behavior of the multinational enterprises, which includes the development status of multinational enterprise in China, and the characteristic, status quo, problems and tendency of the multi-culture management of multinational enterprise; the fourth chapter analyzes the cultural difference between the east and west as well as its cause; the fifth chapter proposed different multi-culture management strategy according to the cultural clashes result from difference. Finally, the paper studies the case of the Kentucky multi-culture management behavior in the Chinese market.
