基于无线局域网的机车牵引试验数据采集传输系统

【摘要】 动力试验车数据采集传输系统是试验车的核心系统。在既有机车牵引试验中,机车上的被采集信号通过32芯电缆连接到试验车上。为了减少系统的安装拆卸时间和提高系统的可靠性,本文提出了一种基于无线局域网的数据采集传输系统来实现机车上信号的采集、传输和备份。 由于机车与试验车之间的相对位置较为固定,可以采用无线传输的方式来传输数据。采用无线传输的方式可以省下将电缆固定在车体上的时间和避免线缆断裂及接触不良造成的试验失败。整个系统采用一体化工作站作为控制计算机,根据高压通道箱的输出特性选择了合适的A/D转换卡和D/A转换卡,选择了3COM的USB接口的无线网卡和采用点到点传输方式构建了机车与试验车之间的无线局域网。为了提高系统的可靠性,本系统选择windows2000 professional作为操作系统,同时采用National Instruments公司面向工业控制的CVI6.0软件开发平台来编写整个系统的软件。 整个系统的结构简洁,功能可靠,工作时无需人工干预维护。该系统已投入实际运行,在实际应用中取得了很好的效果。

【Abstract】 In the locomotive traction experiment, the sampled signals is transmitted to experiment system by a 32-core cable. In order to saving time for tying cable to carriage and untying cable from carriage, a data sampling and transmitting system using WLAN is presented.Because the distance between the locomotive and the experiment carriage nearly does not change, the wireless communication can be used in data transmitting between them. Also, time for tying or untying cable is not needed too. The industrial control computer is used in this system, A/D and D/A devices are suitably selected too. Besides, 3COM’s USB interface wireless network adapters are used for constructing point-to-point communication network. For better system stability, Windows 2000 Professional is selected for OS and National Instruments’ CV1 6.0 is used to develop software.This system has a succinct structure and enough function, it can work without manual operation and has a good performance.
