机车轮箍弛缓报警设备的设计

【摘要】 轮箍弛缓现象是机车运行过程中经常出现的现象。它严重威胁着行车安全。目前各机务段都作了积极有效的探索,但都只是针对引起弛缓和某一方面而开展,不能较为全面及时地发现和报警。本论文以轮箍的温度作为监测对象,将红外技术应用于温度测量中。它通过对温度的监控来及时地发现弛缓现象并报警,确保机车的行驶安全。 红外技术在铁路系统测试方面已有应用,但未作为随车运行中的检测手段。主要是受到机车运行恶劣环境长期保持的影响。如何进行适当的修正补偿、提高红外测温的准确率和可靠率是运用中要解决的关键技术问题。 本论文分析了红外测温原理,对影响红外测温的因素进行了较为深入的研究,提出了解决措施,合理选择了红外测温传感器,专门设计了传感器安装及次扫防护装置。该设备利用单片机技术对轮箍弛缓进行监控、分析及处理,同时进行语音报警,能通过IC卡进行数据转储,在地面微机上进行事故分析。经过调试,测定了轮箍弛缓时的临界温度,确定了报警温度上限值。 该设备已装车运用,试用情况证明能达到及时报警的作用,并且具有操作简单、系统稳定、扩展性强的特点。

【Abstract】 Tyre relaxation usually occurs in the course of locomotive running. It threatens running safety seriously. Many locomotive units make great and active efforts in the field of preventing it, but they often pay more research on one aspect that produces tyre relaxation. Hence they cannot find the phenomenon immediately. The dissertation regards tyre temperature as research object and put infrared radiation technology into temperature measurement. The new equipments can find tyre relaxation and alarm immediately by measuring tyre temperature. It gives help to ensure locomotive run safely.Infrared radiation technology has been used in measurement of railway systems, but it do not use as measurement ways of running locomotive. The main reason is that its application is restricted by many conditions such as working environments and radiativity. How to make amendment, to enhance measurement accuracy and reliability is the key technology in its application.The dissertation studies the principle of infrared radiation, factors of influencing measuring temperature and gives the measures to solve problem. It designs setting and protecting equipments for the system. The new equipments use single-chip microcomputer to control and analyze tyre relaxation. In the meantime it combines phonetic alarm and IC card technology perfectly. We can use IC card to saving datum and analyze accident reason. In addition we measure the critical temperature and confirm alarming temperature.It has used in locomotive, its effect demonstrates it can alarm immediately. It possesses use simplicity, system stability and strong extension character.
