柔性小孔灌注桩在顺层岩坡处治中的应用研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了顺层岩石边坡的三种破坏形式、国内外对顺层岩坡的研究现状和常见的加固方法并对湘西铁路顺层滑坡的分布及危害作了详尽的介绍和分析,对软岩顺层边坡的破坏机制和红砂岩顺层滑坍的原理进行了分析。对铁路运营养护单位预防和处治顺层岩坡病害提出了建议。 结合广铁怀化总公司科研项目和株六复线K492+160~K492+225段边坡工程,作者提出了用柔性小孔灌注桩支挡结构处治顺层岩坡的方法。本文讨论了柔性小孔桩的作用机理,提出了包括滑动面的确定、滑坡推力计算、计算模式和设计步骤的柔性小孔桩设计计算方法。 结合具体工例,作者对重力式挡墙、喷锚支护和柔性小孔灌注桩支挡结构三种方案进行了经济技术比选,并最后采用了柔性小孔灌注桩支挡这种结构形式。对重力式挡墙和柔性小孔灌注桩方案分别进行了计算。借鉴群桩基础和复合地基理论,作者提出了“桩-土复合体”的概念,分析了桩-土复合体的受力状态,对柔性小孔灌注桩支挡结构的作用机理、桩位布置和施工方法进行了详细的分析和讨论。 工程实践表明:对于软岩顺层边坡,柔性小孔灌注桩具有桩位设置灵活,施工便捷,工期短等优点,与传统方法相比,该结构可以在开挖前即对坡体加固,因此更利于坡体的稳定;与重力式挡土墙和土钉墙支护相比,柔性小孔灌注桩具有施工简单、投资少等优点。

【Abstract】 Based on the project of slope engineering for section K492+160~ K492+225 of double line from Zhuzhou to Liupanshui, this thesis introduces three type of failure form and some methods of reinforcement for consequent landslide in the country , especially in the west Hunan Prov. Some suggestions of prevention and treatment the disaster of consequent landslide was presented.The failure mechanism of soft rock slope and red stone consequent landslide were analysed. In the very project, the plans of gravity retaining wall, lock bolt support with shotcrete and soft-small-diameter-filling-pile were compared, the choice was the last one. Calculation for retainning wall and soft-small-diameter-filling-pile were carried out. Referring the theory of group-piles foundation and composite foundation, the ideal of pile-soil complex was developed. The stressed state, the mechanism, and the arrangement as well as construction method of pile-soil complex were analysed.The result of engineering practice since the finish of the project show that the soft-small-diameter-filling-pile has the advantage of flexible arrangement of pile position, construction easy and fast and low cost.; compared with traditional construction methods such as retainning wall and shotcret-bolt-support , the structure can be applied before excavation , so the stability of slope was ensured.
