基于WebGIS的枢纽站场牵引供电SCADA系统研究设计

【摘要】 本文首先分析了枢纽站场牵引供电SCADA系统的现状及存在的缺陷,结合SCADA系统对GIS的要求,对WebGIS如何引入SCADA系统进行了深入的探讨;采用DCOM/ActiveX、ASP等技术设计了一个分布式的基于WebGIS的SCADA系统,完成了系统服务器端设计,并给出了系统安全性设计方案。 接着,本文给出了本系统的关键子系统——WebGIS子系统的设计,根据WebGIS子系统的特点抽象出了一系列组件,并给出了关键组件的详细设计;采用面向对象的数据模型对系统GIS数据进行建模;在比较目前存在的面向对象的数据库管理技术的基础上,提出采用对象—关系型数据库管理系统管理GIS数据,建立了适合本系统特点的GIS数据模型,并基于空间数据库结构给出了系统信息图层划分设计。 其后,本文构建了一个SCADA系统的WebGIS试验环境,采用MapInfo Professional分层制作了一个试验地图,采用EasyLoader for Oracle 8.1.6将地图数据上载到Oracle中,由Oracle Spatial管理空间数据,完成了主要功能实验:基于MapX的图形显示设计;基于ASP的页面显示及操作;基于OCI接口完成对GIS数据库的访问;基于Socket技术的实时通信设计完成实时监测故障信息;基于MapX快速检索功能辅助故障定位。 最后,总结了本文的工作,对系统的优缺点进行分析,指出了下一步应该完成的工作。

【Abstract】 In this thesis, actuality and limitation of hub traction and power supply’s SCADA system is analyzed in the beginning, and then how to apply WebGIS in SCADA system is discussed thoroughly, combined with the request of the SCADA system to GIS. A distributed SCADA system with WebGIS is designed based on the technique such as DCOM/ActiveX, ASP... etc. Design for server is realized, and scheme of system security is proposed.And then, WebGIS, key subsystem of the whole system, is designed in the thesis. A series of groupware is abstracted according to this subsystem feature, and key groupware is devised in detail. The method of OOP is adopted for GIS data model of this system. Comparing more currently existing, database managing technique, the thesis proposes the object-relate database management system to manage GIS data, build GIS data-model according to system character, and design division of system information drawing level according to spatial database structure.Afterwards, a test environment for WebGIS is built based on SCADA system. The system adopts Maplnfo Professional to build a test-map, utilize Easy Loader for Oracle 8. 1. 6 to load the map data into Oracle, use Oracle Spatial to manage and store spatial data, and carry out the experimentation as follows: graphics design based on MapX, page manifestation and operation based on ASP, access to GIS database based on OCI API, real-time fault information monitor based on design of real-time communication with Socket technology, additional fault-location based on MapX fast search function.Finally, the writer concludes the whole work, analyzes the merit and shortcoming of the system, and points out the next work.
