最小二乘法在混凝土斜拉桥施工控制中的应用

【摘要】 本文首先介绍了控制论的分类和发展,阐述了大跨度桥梁施工控制的重要性,施工控制的主要任务以及影响桥梁施工控制的因素。然后详细地介绍斜拉桥的施工控制,其中包括:斜拉桥施工控制的方法、斜拉桥施工控制的模拟计算以及影响结构误差的设计参数,重点介绍了最小二乘法的基本原理以及在斜拉桥施工控制中的应用。 最后以重庆地维长江公路大桥为例,利用大型有限软件ANSYS对桥梁进行结构分析计算。重点进行了桥梁结构设计参数的敏感性分析,通过改变设计参数,根据由此而改变的控制点的挠度和弯矩(应力)大小,根据此结果来判断主要设计参数和次要设计参数,然后通过最小二乘法对主要设计参数进行参数调整,重新计算,使实测值和模拟计算理论值尽量相吻合,根据调整后的参数进行下阶段施工的预测,并和该桥实际采用的施工控制系统计算的结果进行比较分析。最后提出了施工控制模拟计算中尚待改进之处,以及进一步研究的方向。

【Abstract】 In the paper, control theory classification and its history is introduced first, then comes the importance of construction control in bridge construction, its contents and influence factors. And then expatiated on the cable-stayed bridge construction control, which includes: the method of the construction control, the computer simulation, the design parameters which cause bridge structure errors. Least squares basic principle and it application on cable-stayed bridge construction control are emphasized.Take the Chongqing Diwei Changjiang road bridge as an example, and use ANSYS to analyse the bridge structure. To ascertain the sensitivity of the design parameters, change each design parameter respectively, and calculate the deflection and stress difference of the control point. By the result, ascertain the primary design parameters. Then adjust the primary design parameters by least squares, and recalculate to make the calculated accords with the actual value. And according to the adjusted parameters, forecast the next stage. And compare the results with which calculated by the actual adopted construction control system. In the end, some problems in construction control are given, which should be solved in the future.
