新型混凝土复合早强剂的研究

【摘要】 本论文研究了采用含Cl-、Ca2+、碱量等对混凝土耐久性有不利影响的有害成份很少,能大幅度提高混凝土早期强度,满足混凝土大流动度、缓凝、早强、后期强度不倒缩,有良好耐久性,提高施工效率的新型混凝土复合早强剂。通过对原材料进行正交设计筛选和对比试验,最后确定的新型复合早强剂组成由表面活性剂FL与CSA及TUEA早强组分和活性混合材FS和硅灰等复合而成。 根据表面活性剂FL,CSA系列早强剂和矿物外加剂FS及硅灰的作用机理和性质,将其复合成混凝土新型复合早强剂,充分发挥其各自特性和叠合效应,以满足实际工程要求。 在研究过程中对原材料充分进行筛选和分析,对每种材料除了最佳掺量的优选外,还特别重视和单项实验每种材料与水泥的相容性的问题。通过测试其1天、3天、7天、28天的力学性能指标,同时测试其耐久性的某些指标来评定其效果。目的是力图使早强剂对混凝土后期强度发展无不利影响或影响很小,耐久性也要满足要求。获得数据指标的试验方法是根据GB8076-1997规定试验方法,包括:泌水率、坍落度、凝结时间差、抗压强度比、收缩率等。 本项目通过大量正交设计试验和对比试验,分析筛选出系列最佳掺量配比。通过送检及实际应用,证明该配比系列满足GB8076-1997《混凝土外加剂》中早强剂性能指标,并具有满足早强、早强+大流动性+缓凝、早强+抗腐蚀、早强+抗冻等不同要求的混凝土工程,同时也具有较好的综合效益。

【Abstract】 The paper have studied a new type of complex accelerator, which contains few disbennifit components to durability of concrete such as Cl-N Ca2+. alkali and so on so that it can be able to greatly enhance the early strength of concrete and meet the requirements of item such as high fluidity , prolonging the time of coagulation, advanced early strength, no falling of anaphase strength, having excellent durability, enhancing the efficiency of construction. The new type of complex accelerator finally have been confirmed to be composed of (surface active medicament) FL, group of enhance early strength such as CSA and TUEA and active mixture of FS and silicon ash.Based on FL, CSA, FS, and silicon ash’s action mechanism and characters, which have been compounded to be a new type complex accelerator so that each of them can fully bring into play it’s specialty and congruence effect to satisfy with the demand of engineering.The issue of compatibility of each raw material and Portland cement has been paid importance to besides raw and processed materials have been fully filtered and analyzed in the researching process. The effects of the hardening accelerator were assessed through testing it’s mechanics targets of strength of 1d, 3d, 7d, 28d and some of it’s indexes of durability in order to make the hardening accelerator be fulfill the demand of durability but also have few disadvantages of influence to development of concrete’s anaphase strength. The testing method of acquiring the data guide lines is based on provision of GB8076-1997 including bleeding rate, slump, concreting time. ratio of compressive strength. shrinkage rate and so on.The project has achieved a series of furthest mate of mixtures through cross experiment design and comparative tests. The mixture has been testified that it meet to GB8076-1997 concrete admixture provision for hardening acceleratar performance targets, at the same time it have many virtues to fulfil the vary requirements of concrete projects including enhance early strength, high fluidity, postpone seting, anti-erode,anti-freeze and good integration benefits.
