从教育哲学谈学校思想教育内容实效性的提高

【摘要】 思想教育的实效性一向是困扰思想教育实践的一个难点问题。思想教育的实效性不足主要体现在内容不够切实、不够简略、不够新颖等方面。为提高实效性,研究者们从心理学、教育观念、影响因素等多个方面进行了有益的探索。但现有研究依然存在着不足之处。例如对自我教育能力的优化和强化的认识还不够深入、对教育环境的重要性还有所低估、对“疏导”等思想教育方法的认识还显得不足等。为了弥补这些不足,需做进一步的理论深化,以进一步提高思想教育的实效性。 本文首先讨论了两个问题:第一,自我教育的实质和终身教育的必然性问题。第二,学校思想教育的作用和学生自我教育能力的提高问题。针对这两个问题,本文从教育哲学上进行了深层次的理论梳理。通过这种理论梳理,本文对第一个问题的回答是:人的自我教育只可能来自于我们眼前的客观的物质世界;人必须要终身受教育。对第二个问题的回答是:学校思想教育对于人的“自我教育能力”的优化和强化、对于人的正确的思想观念的形成、对于人顺利地走上工作岗位和融入社会生活都有着不可替代的重要作用。因为它可以促进“对话”,促使人的观念发生改变。 通过以上研究,本文对开篇所提学校思想教育内容的实效性问题做出了回答:要提高学校思想教育内容的实效性,关键在于两点,一是要提高它的针对性,二是要提高它的有效性。具体有以下几种做法:第一,使学校的思想教育工作针对学生个人的生活实际进行。第二,使学校的思想教育工作针对学校各个年级的不同特点进行。第三,使学校的思想教育工作与学生以后可能遇到的生活实际结合起来。第四,引导学生在学好本专业知识的基础上建立起更广阔的视野,促进各学科专业之间的对话,特别是理工科与文科之间的对话。 本文的理论意义在于,它从理论上深化了对学校思想教育内容实效性的研究。实践意义在于,它对于实际的学校思想教育工作,对于如何才能从根本上提高学校思想教育内容的实效性提出了切实可行的看法和做法,从而能使学校的思想教育工作在现有的基础上变得更加富有成效,更加具有实效性。

【Abstract】 One of the major concerns in ideological education is its effect in practice. The present education work is not effective as expected because its contents are less than practical, concise, and fresh. To promote its effect, researchers have conducted fruitful studies in terms of psychology, educational philosophy and influential factors. But the existing studies have left much work to be done, such as the optimization and strengthening of the self-education, the importance of the educational environment, and the knowledge of the method of "Mediation ". To solve the problems, further theoretical deepening is needed so that the effect of ideological education could be promoted.This study first addresses two issuess: First, the nature of self-education and necessity of lifetime education; second, the role of school idea-political education and the improment of pupils’ self-education. For the two questions, a theoretical sorting is made in terms of education philosophy. Through the review of the first aspect, a conclusion can be drawn: Self-education can only be acquired from the objective world and human beings must receive lifetime education. Through the review of the second aspect, it is safe to draw another conclusion: school education plays a unique role in human development, the optimizing and strengthening of self-education ability, the acquisition of proper ideology and thought, and the transition from school to working environment and social life. This is because school education can promote "Dialogue" and improve their modes of thought.Through the theretical review above, the issue has been answered on how to improve the effect of the content of school education: the two key points are to improve its orientation and to improve its effectiveness. Specifically, first, ideological education in the schools must be carried on in association with individual students; second, the education shall be effected in accordance with the characteristics of different grades; third, the education shall be implemented in consideration of the future life of students; forth, the education shall lay importance on helping students broaden their horizons and encourage interdisciplinary communication, especially the communication between the science and arts.This study shows its significance in several ways. In theory, it deepens the theoretical study on the effect of ideological education. In practice, it provides practical methods on the idea-political education in school, especially on how to promote its effect so that the idea-political education will be more effective.
