隧道洞口绿化研究
The Green Method Study of Portal Part of Tunnel

【摘要】 在基础设施建设和环境保护协调发展的今天,隧道洞门的设计已经不再是单纯的结构设计了,而是要考虑绿化和人文景观效果进行综合设计。目前这方面的研究工作做得不多,相应的设计方法、施工技术、质量控制与验收标准都还不建全,这给实际工程造成了许多困难,也是目前工程界迫切需要解决的疑难问题。本文结合中铁二局的科研项目——《硬质岩隧道洞口边仰坡绿化设计与施工》,开展了隧道洞口绿化在设计方法、施工技术、质量控制与验收标准等方面的研究。 在广泛调研国内外有关隧道洞门设计、洞口绿化、植被护坡工程技术和景观构思等资料的基础上,对常用植被护坡技术在隧道洞口绿化中的适用性、适宜于隧道洞门不同结构形式的绿化方法、隧道洞口边、仰坡绿化后的浅层稳定性、隧道洞口绿化设计的总体模式、喷播绿化应用于隧道洞口绿化的设计、施工技术等方面进行了详细研究,最后介绍了四座隧道洞门设计和施工的实例。所取得的成果如下: 1.对液压喷播植草护坡、有机基材喷播绿化护坡等8种常用植被护坡技术在隧道洞口绿化中的适用性进行了研究,指出了需要改进的地方。 2.讨论了20种隧道洞门结构形式,按照它们的不同特点,分别给出了适宜的洞口绿化方法。 3.详细讨论了植物根-土的相互作用关系,给出了隧道边、仰坡绿化后坡体浅层稳定性的分析方法。 4.根据隧道洞门设计的一般要求,本文提出了隧道洞口绿化设计的总体模式,该模式将隧道洞门结构设计、绿化设计和人文景观设计有机融合在一起,是一种新型的隧道洞门设计模式。 5.提出了厚层基材用于隧道洞口绿化时的详细的施工设计流程图,以及相应的施工方法、施工工序和工程质量控制与验收标准。 6.本文的成果在西安至南京铁路工程中的刘家山、北坪、老庄等四座隧 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文第11页道的洞口绿化工程实例中得到成功应用,取得了很好的绿化效果。这些成果对于隧道洞口绿化设计施工以及工程质量验收标准的制定都有重要的推广应用价值。
【Abstract】 With the development of foundation facilities construction, environment projection gets more and more important. The design of tunnel portal is not only structure design ,but multiple design with portal green and landscape. A little study works of tunnel portal green has been done now, and the design method, construction technology and project quality controlling standard have not been established. This paper studies the green methods of tunnel portal part with the scientific research works- ≤The green method and construction technology of tunnel portal part≥ from The second Engineering Company of Chinese Railway.This paper collectsfirst in detail many research materials about the structure and landscape designs of tunnel portal ,bio-slope-engineering ,slope protection projects techniques .On the basis of these materials ,the following works have been done in the paper.1. The suitability of bio-slope-engineering techniques in common use to tunnel portal green.2. The green methods applying to various tunnel portal structure .3. The surface stability of the slope of tunnel portal part.4. The design methods of tunnel portal green including the structure andlandscape.5. The construction techniques and standards of checking the project quality on delivery.6. The project cases.According to these research works, several conclusions angd the mainachievement can be drawn as follows.1. Eight bio-slope-engineering techniques ,such as hydraulic pressure spraying grass seeds, organic base material spraying slope bioengineering protection techniques and so on ,can be applied to tunnel portal part green with lessimprovement. 2. Twenty green methods which are suitable to different tunnel portal structure areput forward. 3., The analysis methods of surface stability of the slope after making tunnel portalpart .green .are valid from the relationship of plant root-soil interaction.4. The multiple design method of making tunnel portal part .green is put forward judging by the general design demand of tunnel portal structure .This is a new method of tunnel portal design which consists of tunnel portal structure design, green design and humanities landscape design.5. The flow chart of design and construction applying thick layer base material spraying technique to tunnel portal part green is given, together with the construction technological process, project quality controlling means and standards of checking the project quality on delivery.6. The research achievement is applied to three tunnel portal part green projects which are Liu Jia Shan, Nei Ping and Lao Zhuang on Xi An to Nan Jing railway line, and the good green results are obtained.
