隧道洞口段施工技术研究和原理分析

【摘要】 铁路隧道洞口段的地层较薄,多属于强风化带,围岩一般比较破碎,而且通常夹有土层,那么对于这种不利于土体成拱的条件下,怎样合理利用好各种施工方法,在确保安全的前提下,降低工程投入,提高工作效率,同时对加强对岩层的破坏机理研究,各种支护方法和围岩之间的相互作用的研究,这些工作是目前急需解决的问题。 本文介绍了铁路隧道洞口段的各种开挖和支护方法,这些方法的特点和适用地层,以及这些方法的机理和施工工艺,并在现场实际运用中取得了成功。每一条隧道洞口段都有其不同的特点,在施工中进行分析对比,得到最为合理的施工方法。在对各种支护施工方法归纳总结的基础上,对注浆加固等方法进行了数值模拟计算,从其机理分析主要是提高了岩土体的围岩计算摩擦角φc,地层进行注浆加固和喷射混凝土支护等方法可以有效的提高结构的安全系数,起到稳定地层的作用。这些方法的研究对隧道洞口段的设计和施工有着积极的推进作用。

【Abstract】 The railway tunnel entrance to cave a term of stratum thinner, belonging to strong effloresce band, wall rock generally more broken , and usually clipping soil layer, so for this kind of disadvantage condition in soil arch, how reasonable exploitation every kind of construction method, while insuring the safe premise, lower the engineering throw in, increasing work efficiency, study to the breakage mechanism that enhance to the rock strata at the same time, every kind of a timbering method with wall rock a research for of interaction, these works need the problem of the solution is urgent now.This text introduces the railway tunnel entrance to cave a characteristics for of every kind digging with a timbering method, these methods with apply the stratum, and the timbering mechanism of these methods with start construction craft, and make use of on the spot and physically the inside obtained the success. Each a tunnel entrance to cave contain its different characteristics, contrasting in the under construction proceeding analysis, getting the most reasonable construction method. In inducing the foundation of the summary to every kind of timbering construction method, to note the pouring serosity reinforce the method proceeded the numerical value imitates the calculation, analyzing from its mechanism primarily is function that structural and safe coefficient in exaltation to increases rock soil round rock calculation rub Cape ΨC, geologic stratum proceed pouring serosity reinforce with jet the concrete timbering etc. method can effectively, rise stable geologic strata. The research of these methods to the design of the tunnel entrance to cave segment with construction to havegot the positive propulsion function.
