基于CPLD的远程多路数据采集系统的研制

【摘要】 在一个规模较大的系统中,常常有几十个,几百个甚至更多的被测参数,即使速度很高的计算机也难以满足同时测量诸多参数的要求,为此必须将任务分配给多个计算机使系统并行工作,实现负载分散,危险分散,功能分散和地域分散。这样,就要求现场控制器不但能够进行较多通道的数据采集,而且还能控制多种设备。因此,分布式多路数据采集的现场控制器的研制就是一个极具实用价值的研究课题。 要组成分布式监控系统,就必须把所有的传感器信号传到控制室。但是一般的传感器信号为电压型,不可能传输这么远的距离,那么,传感器的信号处理工作必须在监测点完成,处理后的结果再回传到主控制室(或由主控制计算机查询),因此分布式监控系统中的信号远传问题便是一个具有重要意义的研究课题。 本论文就是针对以上有待解决的问题,在研华公司、研祥公司以及万德威尔等公司的研究基础之上,提出的远程多路数据采集系统的实用型研究课题。所研发的系统应该是总结了许多前人的经验,以结合实际、强调实用;符合国情、经济合理;技术先进成熟,工作可靠等为设计原则,提出了新的设计方案。 首先,要进行几百个、几千个甚至更多路数的数据采集;其次,采集的现场数据要远传到中位机或上位机,以及现场控制器之间实现互连;再次,现场环境较为恶劣和复杂,系统的可靠性和安全性问题等。本论文针对以上问题的不同解决方案的优缺点和可行性进行了比较,最终采用了可行性好、性价比高、技术较为成熟的设计方案。本论文设计的远程多路数据采集系统在花水湾进行了试验性使用,取得了较好的效果。

【Abstract】 Over ten, hundred, even more parameters need to be measured in the large-scale system. It is difficult to measure all of those parameters at the same time even if a high-speed computer to be employed, and we must distribute the task to several computers to parallel work. Then, the local controller not only collects multi-channel data, but also controls much equipment. So it is a valuable subject to research and develop the distributing multi-channel data acquisition local controller.In a distributing system of monitor and control, we must transmit the signal from local sensor to the remote control room. Generally, the sensor signal is in voltage type. It is impossible that the sensor signal transmit so long with no decay. So the signal handling of the sensor must be completed in the local. And then, the handling result will be transmitted to the main control room. Therefore it is important meaning research subject that the remote transmit of the signal in the distributing system of monitor and control.This paper focuses on the problem that remains to solve and put forward the practical R&D scheme of the remote multi-channel data acquisition system that based on the research of the Advantech Co.,LTD, the Shenzhen EVOC Intelligent Technologu Co., LTD, and the Widewell. This paper has summarized a lot of forefathers’ experiences and put forward lots of new scheme based on principles of availability, practicality, reasonable and safety.The major topic of this paper includes the multi-channel data acquisition, the transmission of the local data to the mid-position computer or top-computer, the connection of the controller on the spot each other and the system’ s reliability and safety. This paper has adopted goodfeasibility and mature technology design scheme based on the compare of different scheme. The remote multi-channel data acquisition system in this design has been implemented in the Huashui gulf and does good job.
