模块化有源无功补偿器的研究

【摘要】 静止无功发生器是(ASVG)是柔性交流输电系统中的一个重要组成部分,并且开始得到应用。本文对比了实现大容量无功功率补偿的电路拓扑,并选择基于现场总线(CANBUS)的模块式结构ASVG作为研究对象。对ASVG实际运行中存在的一些问题进行了较为深入的研究。 针对ASVG的dq轴下控制方式在电压不平衡时存在电流不对称的问题,提出了采用abc轴下的控制策略。仿真结果证明在电压不平衡下采用后者的补偿效果优于前者。 在电压对称时,采用空间电压矢量调制方法(SVPWM)跟踪给定电压矢量,来控制ASVG的电流产生,仿真结果证明此种方法具有直流侧电压利用率高,开关频率近于优化等优点。 在交流电流跟踪控制中,引入交流PI调节器(P+Resonant),解决了普通PI调节器在稳态时不能达到无静差调节的问题,使补偿精度得到提高。 论文设计和实现了基于DSP的无功电流检测和控制器的硬件电路,实现了模块之间CANBUS通信,对一些具体电路进行了详细设计和分析。利用C2000的汇编语言编写整个系统的软件,并进行了无功电流的检测实验,最后得到了准确的无功电流检测结果。

【Abstract】 Advanced Static Var Generator (ASVG), a substantial component in Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS), has been coming use. The circuit topologies compensating the large capacity reactive power are compared, and the modularized circuit topology based on CANBUS is choosed as the studied object of this paper. Some ASVG’s problems founded in application are deeply researched.In the unbalanced power system, the simulations of the ASVG using the current controlling method in abc axis model and the ASVG using the current controlling method in dq axis model are done, and the simulation results show that the former controlling method is superior to the latter, and the reason is given.Moreover, this paper applies the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) to ASVG tracking specified voltage vector by SVPWM to control the current of ASVG under the balanced power system. This method makes fully use of DC voltage and optimized the switching frequency, which is examined by simulating.The theory of AC regulator in carrier-servo controlling system is quoted, which does achieve zero steady-state error when AC reference is given.ASVG using the direct current controlling method in abc axis model with AC PI adjuster has excellent performance and high controlling accuracy.The reactive current detecting hardware circuit and current tracking controlling hardware circuit based on TMS320LF2407ADSP are designed carefully. The communication with CANBUS between modules is realized, and the main circuits are analyzed and design in detail. At last the experiment of checking reactive current is dong, and the result of checking reactive power is gained accurately.
