牵引保护动作行为分析的专家系统

【摘要】 随着计算机信息技术的飞速发展,我国的铁路牵引供电自动化进程已进入一个新的发展阶段。在牵引供电系统结构和运行方式不断变化的同时,提高继电保护装置的可靠性显得尤为重要。本论文通过对现行的铁路牵引变电所综合自动化装置和牵引供电运营管理信息系统的分析研究,设计开发了一套牵引保护动作行为分析的专家系统(Protective ActionAnalysis Expert System,简记PAAES)软件。PAAES集保护信息管理、保护动作行为分析、虚拟保护三大功能于一身,主要包括与综合自动化系统的连接,保护动作信息的存储、管理,录波数据的波形显示、分析,保护动作的虚拟实现,保护分析专家知识的管理,保护结论的专家分析,拨号网络的数据传送及系统参数的设置等。PAAES的成功开发将为继电保护的日常运行、故障分析、定值管理、保护校验等各方面工作的规范化、科学化、智能化提供了一个有力工具,可极大地减少现场人员的工作量,提高工作效率,对供电系统的安全可靠运行具有重要的意义,可进一步推进铁道牵引供电的自动化进程。 PAAES利用专家系统(ES)及管理信息系统(MIS)的思想,通过Windows编程实现,采用了面向对象技术、多层分布式体系结构以及通过ADO访问数据库等先进技术,界面友好,操作面向现场工作人员简单、易懂,具有一定的使用价值。

【Abstract】 With the development of computer information technology, a new seedtime for railway traction power supply system automation has come. The reliability of relay protection devices is more and more important when structure and running mode of electrical railway vary from day to day. The paper designs a Protective Action Analysis Expert System, which is shorted as PAAES, through study of automation devices used in railway traction substation and analysis of management of information system for the motion of traction power supply system. PAAES has three functions, which are management of protection information, analysis of protective action and virtual protection. It mainly includes connection of automation devices, storage and management of protective action, display and analysis of recorded wave data, virtual realization of protective action, management of expert protective action analysis knowledge, expert analysis of protective action results, data transmission of dial-up network, setup of system parameter and so on. The success of PAAES design has a very important significance, it provides a powerful tool which can make relay protect tasks standardize and intelligentize. These tasks include normal running of relay protect devices, fault analysis, fixed value management and protective action checkout. So it can less local worker’s workload and improve their work efficiency, which are very important to the running of power supply system on the safe side. It is important for railway traction power supply system automation.PAAES adopt OOP technology, distributed multiplayer structure and ADO technique for accessing database. It is realized under theories of expert system and management information system. It has a good GUI for local workers and its operation is very simple and easy to understand. The designed system has some important significance to the automation of railway traction power supply system.
