大功率全桥移相软开关电源的研究

【摘要】 开关电源广泛应用于航空、通信、交通等领域。随着高频技术、谐振技术的发展,全桥移相软开关电源广泛应用于在低压、大电流开关电源领域。因此有必要对其进行研究。 本文对全桥移相软开关电源的发展、现状及原理进行了阐述,并对超前桥臂和滞后桥臂实现软开关的差异以及原副边的占空比进行了分析研究。 论文通过对全波整流输出电路与其他副边整流电路的比较,得出采用全波整流电路特别适合隔离型低压、大电流输出的DC/DC变换器的结论。 论文研究了开关电源并联均流技术,并设计了适用于多种原边电路的并联均流电路。 论文在上述分析研究的基础上设计了54V/30A全桥移相软开关电源模块,并进行仿真分析。 通过本论文的研究工作的开展,有助于对软开关电源的分析、设计、建模与仿真,为拓展全桥移相软开关电源电路的应用奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Power converter is employed in airplane, communication and traffic and so on. With the development of Quasi-resonant technique and high-frequency technique , the full-bridge phase-shifted PWM ZVS converter is applied in low-voltage , high-current converter. Therefore it is necessary to study on it.The development actuality and the theory of the Full-bridge phase-shifted PWM ZVS converter are detailedly and wide-ranged described. The employment’ s difference of leading-bridge and the lag-bridge’ s ZVS, the duty cycle are analyzed and studied in this paper.Compared to the other second-side rectifier, it is concluded that the full-wave Rectifier is well adapted to the Low-voltage High-current DC-DC converter.The technique of the current-sharing circuit is studied, and the circuit adapted to primary one is designed.A 54V/30A Full-bridge phase-shifted PWM ZVS converter is designed on the base of the analysis and the study mentioned above, and the simulation of the circuit are employed.Through the carrying out of research works, it is helpful to understand the analysis, designation, modeling and simulation of ZVS converter, and to lay a foundation for the application of the Full-bridge phase-shifted PWM ZVS converter.
