【摘要】 根据铁路提速安全的需要，为提高车辆走行部的制造检修质量，吸取国外先进的轮对压装技术，结合我国轮对生产现场实际，研制开发了独具特色的全自动轮对压装机。 全自动轮对压装机由主压装机构、副压装机构、自动上下料传送机构、位置检测机构、制动盘压装机构、控制及曲线记录系统等部分组成；可自动完成各种铁路客货车车辆轮对及制动盘的压装；该设备符合铁道部有关铁路客货车轮对组装的技术条件。 全自动轮对压装机可在轮对或制动盘压装过程中一次完成双端压装全过程；可控制轮位差、盘位差及内侧距均在标准要求范围内，并同时生成轮对组装数据；控制系统集轮对组装、位置检测、曲线记录、打印输出等功能于一体，实时记录压装曲线，数据真实、准确、可靠，并能够自动判断曲线是否合格；曲线记录格式符合铁道部车统-57标准要求，数据自动存储并符合车统-51数据标准，具备与HMIS系统数据传输功能，实现了轮对组装数据共享。 该设备已经在郑州铁路局车辆轮轴段成功投入使用并通过了技术鉴定，获得了良好的技术和经济效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the need of railway speeding up and safety, to improve the quality of manufacture, inspection & repair of the vehicle running gear, and on the basis of assimilating foreign advanced technique of wheelset-press, combining the fact of wheel producing in our country, we research and develop this full-automatic press fit device of wheelset which has solely feature.This full-automatic press fit device of wheelset is made up of main press fit framework, assistant press fit framework, automatic up and down carry-stuff framework , measuring position framework > press fit framework of brake disc, control and curve-record system and so on; this equipment can accomplish the press fitting wheelset and brake disc of all sorts of passenger and freight vehicles. This equipment tally with the related technique qualification of the Railway Ministry about wheelset press fit of railway passenger and freight car.This device can fulfill the press fitting double ends of wheelest and brake disc at the same time, and controlling the position deviation of the wheelset, disc and the inside distance of the two wheelset to attain the range of the criterion, and produce the data of wheelset-press fit simultaneously. The control system have functions of wheelset-press fit, position measured, curve-record, printout, tracking the record of pressed curve to a whole, and having the capable of judging automatically whether the curve is up to grade. The data is reality, nicety, credibility, the style of curve-record accord with the vehicle-standard-51 of the Railway Ministry. It has data-transmitted function with HMIS system, and shares the data of wheelset-pressed. This equipment has been already used in Zhengzhou RailwayBureau Zhengzhou Roling Stock Wheel-Axle Depot and passed technology qualification, and obtained favourable effect in both technic and economy.更多还原
