【摘要】 本论文根据《中华人民共和国兽药典》及大量关于中草药的文献资料，选择了十二种治疗奶牛子宫炎常用的中草药—黄柏、黄连、大黄、黄芩、苦参、连翘、红花、艾叶、益母草、白头翁、蛇床子、甘草。通过设计正交试验优化各中草药的提取工艺，并测试按优化工艺所得各中草药提取物的抑菌活性，结果表明大多数提取物对引起奶牛子宫内膜炎的主要致病菌金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有抑制作用，不同提取物对同种菌株的抑制作用不同，相同提取物对不同菌株的抑制作用也不相同。 以中医理论为指导，以上述十二种中药药材及提取物为基础设计了十五个配方，通过抑菌试验测试其对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌活性，并与选定的三个传统药方对比，进而筛选出效果较好的几个配方1、2、3、4、9、1′、3′，它们可作为进一步研究的基础。其组成及比例为： 配方1：黄柏、黄连、大黄以1：1：2单提复配 2：黄柏、黄连、大黄以1：1：1单提复配 3：苦参、白头翁以1：1单提复配 4：苦参、白头翁以1：2单提复配 9：黄柏、大黄、苦参、艾叶、蛇床子以3：3：3：1：2单提复配 1′：黄柏、黄连、黄芩、连翘、苦参、甘草以20：5：13：13：10：5共煎 3′：黄柏、黄连、黄芩、苦参、益母草、红花以15：10：10：8：10：7共煎更多还原

【Abstract】 According to "Veterinary Pharmacopoeia of PRC. " and a great deal of references on Chinese herbs ,twelve kinds of Chinese herbs usually used to treat endometritis of cows were chosen ,which are Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Sophorae Flavesentis, Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Pulsatillae, Herba Leonuri, Flos Carthami, Fructu Cnidii, Folium Artemisiae Argyi and Radix Glycyrrhizae. Their extracting processes were optimized by orthogonal test and activities of extracts determined by antibiotic test in vitro.The results showed that most of the extracts have inhibition to the main pathogens Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli causing endometritis of cows, and different extracts have different inhibition to a kind of pathogen.Under the direction of Chinese Medical Theory, fifteen compositions were designed on the basis of the twelve kinds of herbs and their extracts that the above mentioned. Their activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were determined by antibiotic test in vitro and compared with three traditional compositions. Seven compositions with better activity were further sorted out, whose components and proportions are as follows:Composition 1: Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma Coptidis and Rhizoma Rhei in the proportion of 1:1:2 2: Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma Coptidis and Rhizoma Rhei in the proportion of 1:1:1 3: Radix Sophorae Flavesentis and Radix Pulsatillae in the proportion of 1:1 4: Radix Sophorae Flavesentis and Radix Pulsatillae in the proportion of 1:2 9: Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma Rhei, Radix Sophorae Flavesentis, Folium ArtemisiaeArgyi and Fructu Cnidii in the proportion of 3:3:3:1:21’: Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Scutellariae, Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Sophorae Flavesentis and Radix Glycyrrhizae in the proportion of 20:5:13:13:10:53’: Cortex Phellodendri, Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Sophorae Flavesentis, Herba Leonuri and Flos Carthami in the proportion of 15:10:10:8:10:7更多还原
