【摘要】 民营经济是我国国民经济中的重要组成部分，融资模式又是影响经济增长的重要因素，一个合理的融资结构不仅有效地决定企业市场价值，同时对企业的融资成本、企业产权分配、治理结构以及通过资本市场对整个经济的增长等多方面都有深远的影响。民营企业作为经济组织也有自己的生命周期，呈现几个典型的成长阶段，每个阶段具有不同的特征，从融资角度看，企业在生命周期的每一成长阶段有着不同的融资需求，因此需要作出相应的融资模式的选择。 为此，本文在考察西方企业融资理论和企业生命周期理论、企业成长理论的基础上，结合我国民营企业现有的融资模式以及融资现状，以企业生命周期不同成长阶段，即创业期、成长期、稳定期(成熟期)和战略转型期为线索，具体阐述了处于不同成长阶段的民营企业融资模式的选择以及如何利用我国资本市场、银行业的改革来实现民营企业的融资顺畅，构建合理的融资结构，推进企业持续经营所需的最优资本结构的形成，从一个创新的角度为解决我国民营企业融资问题进而实现企业市场价值最大化打开一个思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Non-public sector economy is an important part in our national economy, and the financing mode is the key factor concerning about our economy growth. A reasonable financing structure not only effectively decides the enterprise marketable value but also brings profound influence to the enterprise financing cost, the enterprise property rights distribute and the corporate governing structure. Meanwhile, it also affects the whole national economy growth through capital market. As an economical organization, nongovernment-enterprise has its own lifecycle that takes on some typical growth stages, and each stage has its unique feature. In view of financing, nongovernment-enterprise should choose corresponding financing mode according to diverse financing demands at various stages.Therefore, on the basis of reviewing theories of enterprise financing,enterprise lifecycle and enterprise growth, considering various growth stages of lifecycle, the thesis expatiates the diverse financing mode suited to nongovernment-enterprise in its different growth period. This is an innovative view to resolve nongovernment-enterprise financing problems and accomplish maximizing the erterprise market value in China.更多还原
